Clean place just bought my car 2024 bmw at twin pine Ford. They should have at least some warranty from this dealership but none all I have is left over from manufacturing warranty.

Bought a Ford Edge at another dealer. Felt very pressured by the sales person and did not like the car. So I had bought a few cars from Chapman In Columbia before so I went to see if they could get me out of this car. Wendall Jones was my salesman. My sales rep Anthony Wright was very low pressure and made sure we were informed throughout the process. His knowledge on the truck was impressive. I had to drop my car off on a Sunday as it was having unexpected issues. The team diagnosed the issue and had it ready for me by the end of the day on Monday. I did not expect to have it back that quickly since I did not have an appointment. LBS has the best service team!
