Taking a long trip in near future, so wanted vehicle checked out completely in addition to regular oil change. Since my car has 37000 miles I went ahead and did recommended 40000 service and 4 new tires. Charge was fair for everything they did. Buzz was my technician and took time to explain each procedure thoroughly! The valwt, Daniella, who returned my vehicle was very nice. We are from Wisconsin and had towed our travel trailer down to Texas for our son's wedding. We were on our way home and stopped in Austin for a planned one night stay. That's when our Ford F150 had mechanical issues. We took it into Riata Ford and I am so happy we did. Service advisor Jon was terrific. I told Jon I was under a time deadline to return to Wisconsin for a scheduled shoulder surgery. When I explained my situation to Jon, he wasted no time in getting us back on the road in time to get back for my surgery. What otherwise may have taken a week, they did in two days! The repairs were professionally done and their customer service was outstanding. If Riata Ford was in my home town in Wisconsin, I would be a lifelong customer. Thanks Jon!

I purchased a certified vehicle from Mac Haik Ford in Georgetown, TX as an out of state buyer. During my interactions with the Mac Haik Ford staff, they were very responsive to my questions and provide more than enough information that I felt confident in the used vehicle that I was considering. Besided the frequent communications with my Sales Rep, Geraldo Holguin, the General Manager followed up to ensure my inquiries were being addressed. When I made the commitment to purchase, I coordinated a same day round trip flight to Texas to see the vehicle in person and complete the transaction. Because I did not want to drive the vehicle for 13 hrs, Geraldo put me in touch with Montway AutoTransport to arrange delivery. Overall, I purchased a certified vehicle on Friday, Montway picked up the vehicle in Texas on Monday, and the vehicle was in my driveway in Georgia on Wednesday.
