AMAZING PLACE TO BUY A VEHICLE! They are extremely knowledgeable and take great care of their customers!! I called to ask about a vehicle and I SPOKE TO A MANAGER, Ricky, THE FIRST DAY! Then after that my salesperson, Leon called me shortly afterwards to make sure I didn’t have any unanswered questions. I set my appointment and when I came in the vehicle I was interested in WAS BACKED UP FRONT, RUNNING, CLEAN, WARMED UP AND WAITING FOR ME! The whole staff from sales to service make you feel like you are the most important thing in the dealership. One of the most impressive things to me was how they LISTEN and take the time to make sure that all my needs were satisfied. The best way I could say it is that they try to help you purchase a vehicle, they don’t try to sell you a vehicle. I will never purchase a vehicle from anywhere else, they have truly changed the game and showed me the way car buying should be!

Van Devere has provided excellent customer service for me. Brad and the service team are going above and beyond to help with my vehicle service needs. I am very comfortable fully recommending Van Devere for sales and service. Nobody likes to need service, but it is much better when people who care are helping you. I had a terrific experience buying a new/used car from Mohamad Rahal recently at Jeff Haas Mazda, 16711 Katy Freeway, Houston TX 77094. I had just been burned by two other dealerships that did not hold the car for me until I got to their dealerships to negotiate a purchase of the car I wanted to buy - the 1st dealership I called I said I would be there in +/- 3 hours and the 2nd dealership I called I said I will be there in +/- 20 minutes. When I arrived at both dealerships they both told me they have "bad news and good news". The bad news is they just sold the car I asked them to hold me and the good news is they can sell me another car - at both of these dealerships they were young inexperienced salesman. Mohomad is an experienced professional and has been in the car industry for decades and does business "the old fashioned way". Mohamed held the car for me I wanted to buy until I got all my financing in order to pay cash for the car. Mohamed clearly explained each line item on the "Vehicle Buyer's Order" and also the additional lifetime engine warranty I purchased.
