Brought my 2000 Z3 in for repairs: ABS warning light on, dashboard night light check, trunk struts replacement, new fob activation, radio volume knob check, and oil change check up. I had had problems with Ferman in the past where my car was brought in for the same air conditioning repair several times, and I had to pay again. So, I told Mr. Wilder that I was concerned about my history with Ferman, and asked how much would the repair cost. He said "in the thousands. Your car is 20 years old." (even though my car is seen regularly and successfully at Reeves in Tampa). He said "he could find 5 things wrong with a new car right now", which made me wonder what I was getting into. I asked him if I could drive to Reeves, and he insisted it was not safe, that they will give me a loaner, I asked about an oil change, and he said my car would be checked ???from head to toe." Did not get an estimate until the third day. The estimate was for $3975.21, and included ABS module box for $2117.14 (although Mr. Wilder told me that may not be the problem), front brakes pad only and replacement (yellow 4) at $355.02, drive belt replacement for $239.65, wiper blades replacement for $94.61, headlight switch for $536.46, shop charges of $52.57, taxes of $260.06, two diagnostic charges at $160 each, but did not address my request for trunk struts, radio volume knob check, oil change, or programming the new fob I had brought in. I was given a separate quote for $125 for the oil change, and $296 for the trunk strut replacement. I decided to take my car to Reeves since I was not comfortable with the quote, and I was asked to pay $343.47 for the estimate. I was not allowed to apply the $343.47 estimate charge to the struts or oil change because according to Mr. Wilder it was not part of the estimate. I asked to speak to a manager, and was told none were available -- all were in training. Incidentally, the multipoint check had not been done: fluids were not topped, tire pressure was not checked. I bought the OEM trunk struts at Advanced Auto Parts for less than $30/pair. The attendant replaced them for free in less than 5 minutes. Two rings need to be snapped off each strut using a flat screw driver, and then the replacement struts snap back on. I also purchased extreme weather premium wipers for $33/pair, which again the attendant snapped on my car for free in less than 3 minutes. However, when he replaced my wipers, he said my old ones were in good condition, and would not have needed changing. Update After writing this review, I was contacted by Ferman's General Manager, Mr. Bob Murray to discuss the situation. I visited the dealership and in the absence of Mr. Murray, spoke with the Assistant Manager, Mr, Karl Alvarez, who listened attentively to my concerns and introduced me to Mr. Brian Pelletier, Service Manager. Mr. Pelletier was very sympathetic, and asked for a chance to make things all right. He assigned my case to Ms. Jamie Annese, Assistant Service Manager and Kyle Silcox of the Gold Team worked on my car. They made all the necessary repairs: abs module, electric switch, drive belt, oil change, and fob activation (the new fob could not be programmed, but the old one seems to have been restored to its old glory) at a reasonable price. Ferman did right by me. Trust is something your can't buy. Thank you for restoring my car and my faith in you.

First, I ended up not buying a car here but that was only because they didn't have quite what I was looking for. I do want to say that I had a very pleasant experience at Fitzgerald Outlet, though. I worked with Walter "Chet" Wilkinson and he was superb. Knowledgeable, pleasant and best of all not in the least bit pushy or a typical "car salesman"; I'd have just walked out in that case. I ended up purchasing a car at another dealership (who had a similar philosophy as Fitzgerald - no haggle. no pressure) and it really only boiled down to the fact that the other place happened to have a vehicle which fit the bill, so to speak. I very much would recommend Chet and company if you're in the market for a used car - no plaid jacket and smoke and mirrors.

Truck is great if you can get past the defects that Dodge refuses to acknowledge. Great truck if you have deep pockets. So I wouldn't buy one again. Different makes have allot less issues.

Customer service was great on the phone and in person. Had a problem they fixed, then on to the sales department where that was handled in great fashion. Went in with a problem and being dissatified to coming out completely satified and happy with a new 2016 Tucson. Financing was helpful in making a suggestion that is going to save a little money for us. Looking forward to returning for service and the great people that work there.

Really nice guys, no pressure at all. Let us test drive and didn't pressure us. Let down was the car wasn't as described. I appreciate honestly & transparency. During test drive A/C malfunctioned and cut off completely repeatedly. Said outside temp was 75 degrees, when it's over 95 outside. Dash was lifted and separating, electric seat controls on driver side weren't fully functional, one out of 3 worked. They were priced just over the high end of KBB's suggested dealer price and at that price, the car should be in great condition. If they had mentioned any of these things when I asked, prior to driving down and priced the car accordingly, I'd give them 5 stars for being completely honest and upfront. I also wouldn't have driven down for that car, but been willing to have them find me what I'm looking for. However, if you want a no pressure lot, they've got it and nice guys.

This is the car I’ve always wanted, and I bought it used, not from the dealership because they didn’t have what I wanted on the lot and kept trying to sell me something else, even though I was specific as to what I wanted. I’m glad a bought the extended warranty just in case of issues. Timing chain broke on the car destroying the engine, BMW replaced the engine at no cost. The drivers side door handle on the inside rubber like part started to come apart. I have no idea why this has happened but it is sticky almost like pudy.

I've had this Maserati Quattroporte for several years and it's still a pleasure to enter the car - the interior is so luxurious. The leather makes the car smell like new no matter how many miles you put on the car. All seats, front and back, are heated, cooling, massage and recline (even the back seats). Italian pampering at it's finest. The performance is top notch. 400 HP Ferrari motor. You can switch from automatic to manual with the touch of a button. Flip through gears with steering wheel paddle shifters. I use the car as my daily transport. If you want an impressive car and don't want to spend the $$$ on the expensive maintenance learn how to change the oil and brakes yourself. It's easy. Maserati Quattroporte is the perfect combination of sport meeting luxury. A head turner that impresses and garners compliments everywhere you go. I plan on getting a newer Gran Turismo model. Want a car that stands out among the BMWs and Mercedes Benz for the same or even less money? Get a Maserati.

I was on an errand in Clearwater when a service light appeared on my dashboard, one I'd never seen before. I looked it up in the service manual, and it was a serious one. I'm new to this area, hadn't had my Prius serviced locally yet, so I was at the mercy of whichever dealership could take me first. I called two, but when connected to the service departments, I only got voice mail. My third call was to Auto Nation Toyota; I explained my situation and was put through to John Curtis. He listened to me (and the near-panic in my voice), and calmly told me that the car would be OK to be driven as far as their location, and assured me that they'd take immediate and good care of me. Which is exactly what transpired. John is a professional, easy going, and "knows his stuff." He gave me the information I needed to know, in a manner that a person who is not automotive knowledgeable could comprehend. I sincerely recommend John as a "go to guy" for your car's needs. Not only that, but for the first time in my driving life (and I'm no spring chicken), not only does this dealership offer you a ride home, but a ride back to pick up your car as well! That, to me, was amazing! Both drivers were personable and the cars immaculately clean, without any nasty, perfumey coverup smells (which I'm allergic to). My '08 Prius and I are very happy with the experience and service rendered.

I WENT TO DIFFERENT MECHANICS AND THEY ALL TOLD ME IT WAS A DIFFERENT ISSUE. I THOUGHT IT WAS SOMETHING AS SMALL AS AN ELECTRICAL ISSUE WHERE A WIRE HAD CAME A LOOSE AND NEEDED TO BE PUT BACK TOGETHER OR SOMETHING. IT'S BLUE, BUT IT LOOKS TO HAVE A GREEN UNDERTONE. I GOT IN THE CAR AND BOY WAS IT AMAZING. I MEAN THE WORKS. NEVER THE LESS I WAS IN LOVE. I DIDN'T KNOW HOW IT WAS GONNA HAPPEN, BUT I KNEW I WANTED THAT CAR. SO WE WENT BACK TO THE OFFICE TO SEE WHAT THE NUMBERS WOULD LOOK LIKE. DURING THIS TIME SAM WHO WAS THE PERSON GETTING MY CAR LOOKED AT FOR ME CAME TO SPEAK WITH ME ABOUT WHAT WAS REALLY GOING ON WITH MY CAR (SILVER FOX). HE HAD A LAUNDRY LIST OF THINGS. FROM THE TRANSMISSION, ALTERNATOR, FUEL PUMP, SENSORS AND MORE. I WAS SHOCKED. HERE I WAS THINKING IT WAS A SMALL PROBLEM AND EASY FIX. IT WASN'T. I WOULD'VE HAD TO PUT IN MORE MONEY THAN THE CAR WAS WORTH TO GET IT BACK TO RUNNING 100%. SAM GAVE ME SOME TIME TO THINK THINGS OVER. AFTER THINKING I TALKED WITH TERRY ABOUT MOVING FORWARD. WE TALKED NUMBERS AND I REALIZED THAT MY MONTHLY CAR PAYMENT WAS A LITTLE MORE THAN I WANTED TO PAY. TERRY WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND FOR ME. HE WENT AND SPOKE TO SOMEONE TO SEE IF MY INQUIRY ABOUT A LOWER PAYMENT WAS POSSIBLE. HE CAME BACK AND TURNED MY FROWN INTO A SMILE. NOT TO MENTION HE SAW ME THROUGH EVERY STEP OF THE WAY TEST DRIVING THE CAR NOW KNOWN AS "HEAVENLY BLUE" TO DOING THE FINANCE PAPERWORK RIGHT UP UNTIL I DROVE OFF OF THE LOT WITH MY NEW BABY. THE MORAL OF THIS LONG STORY THAT I TRIED MY BEST TO SHORTEN IS THAT GOD WILL NEVER LAY MORE ON YOU THAN YOU CAN BARE. HE WILL SEE YOU THROUGH ANYTHING IF YOU JUST CONTINUE TO BELIEVE AND HAVE FAITH IN HIM. TAKE NOTHING TO MAN AND EVERYTHING TO HIM. TERRY PHILLIPS YOU ARE THE IT FACTOR THERE! I had been notified several times about the Toyota 2007 cars that had a recall on the airbags, however, didn't know where to take it (that I trusted) so didn't bother. Finally had a 'card' saying 'get it done'! so caled the number, told them why it wasn't taken care of - the dealer I've bought last 3 cars from (which I was satisfied) had moved into their new expanded bldg.., went up for an oil change just to test them - the young man 'greeter' I call him, said my car was ready then bean the sales pitch, intently, I said no, he persisted and looked very upset. Drove away, reached for my cell phone and it was gone. Evidently the 'shop' needed it more than I did. The Clearwater dealer, when shopping for my first Toyota, had me in the office the entire day, playing the back/forth to 'so called mgr.' for better deal game so I walked out. I don't like being treated like I'm stupid, don't know what I want, etc.; I may be dumb, but not stupid.. I don't like those 'get a better price' tactics and won't deal with them. They know what the price will be no matter how much dickering.. Your dealership was almost unbelievable - no bargaining, no pressure what so ever, recommended what needed to be done and out the door. EVERYONE was curtious, polite, smiling and working their....rear ends off, but had time to see if I needed help. Yes, I'll no doubt be back.

My advisor was helpful and kept me informed throughout process including his schedule for days he would not be in contact great customer service....unfortunately I am only dissatisfied with my 2017 Explorer and amount of times and issues we have had and taken to your service or tarpon springs ford. I do not feel safe in vehicles being 19000 miles and drives like its 70000 miles. I had a 16 model I loved but this model for identical price and sport model (same as last model) the 16 model was more trustworthy and I felt so much safer. The axels were replaced and the ticking noise lessened which it is still there. Do to my health Bill's my credit score dropped but I have perfect pay history. I am looking to get payoff and up to 18 model or even maybe a used truck and car. I have begun getting paperwork together because I truly feel this car doesnt have a long life ahead and I don't even trust to drive to Orlando because we already have been stranded from battery dying when car turned off to get gas and would not restart so ford road serv came and helped. The car Boggs out and we can not find issue because it is not all the time but I am on disability and on remission so I drive 2 ohio every 3 to 4 months I truly feel i have a malfunctioning Ford and hope due to my mand family loyalty and A/Z plan I will be offered payoff with trade for new Explorer Sport with Michelin tires. I hope we can find a way to work this out I can show medical records if necessary for reasons why I need a vehicle I feel safe in not you that only works 50% time. My advisor was wonderful but if this isn't resolved then we may not purchase another Ford my grandmother also has 17 explorer basic model and ger 2012 ran like my 16 and we both wish we would never have bought new. I am financed through Ford with 0% 72 months @700 per month my credit has dropped which I can explain but I do again have perfect payment history on everything

First time owning a Nissan vehicle. Compared to my old Ford and GMC, this vehicle is much larger, has way more cab space and a lot more pulling power. The fuel mileage isn’t completely terrible for the size of this truck, but it could be much better. I had better MPG with my supercharged GMC Sierra. I’m still feeling it out, having only had it a few weeks, but it is doing pretty good so far. It’s quiet, comfortable, stylish and gets me where I need to go.

This is a review of Bob Weinstock, Service Manager at Parks Lincoln of Tampa. I am a female who is well past retirement age. I need to work with folks who are honest, courteous, easy to understand and more than capable of delivering a quality repair job. Bob Weinstock at Parks Lincoln on North Florida Ave in Tampa is that and more. In April, 2018 I took my Lincoln Town Car in for what was a 'periodic' issue with the transmission. At the time that I arrived at the dealership the problem would not reveal itself, which is always an issue with the customer ... that egg on your face feeling! But Bob listened carefully as I explained the history of the prior few days and he knew this intermittent problem was soon to be a major one. He kept the car and sure enough his transmission tech found the problem ... which required major transmission work ... and within days I was back in my car. Two months later all is still good. This all sounds simple, but I have been to repair shops where, when the problem was not immediately detected by their diagnostics, would not have taken the time to listen, who would have sent me away, making me feel like a totally incompetent female. This is just not the norm for the professional and tech staff at this dealership. They are top notch. It is common for the tech to come to the service office to speak with the customer. Bob and his staff listen, they make you feel comfortable, and even when stressed to the max they offer a kind smile. I have taken my automobile to Parks for 8 years and have never regretted it.

Plenty of room in the interior, both front and back . Adults can comfortably sit in back seating. I had the Sport model and loved the heated seats in the winter. I would still own this car if I hadn't been offered a great deal on a newer model.

Good experience with both my visit and follow up by staff. Met with Kasey, Felix (Sales Rep) and Robert (part owner) and test drove vehicle. They were very friendly and low key. Vehicle was beautiful and very fairly priced. Ultimately went with same model, but 1 year newer and lower miles from another dealer. They have a lot of very beautiful and rare vehicles at Discovery.

This car is exactly what I was looking for and came with all the bells, whistles, and warranty (CPO). I love this SUV design from Mercedes. 2015 was the last model design for the GLK 350 and it looks different from the others classes. It drives like a car and great handling and design. I love the bluetooth and playing my cell phone music apps and my interior color and design. The air conditioning vents also have a cool design. Love this car and it's going to last me a long time.

My old car was my third minivan in 15 years. Now that my kids are older and leaving for college, I wanted something that could carry 6 or 7 passengers but was ... well... NOT a minivan. I did some research on late model used three-row SUVs, and found the 2017 Nissan Pathfinder. (My favorite of my three vans was a 2005 Nissan Quest, so choosing Nissan was easy for me.) Before I started browsing for cars, I applied for credit through Carvana, and was approved. Next, I entered in all of the information about the van I was trading for the Pathfinder. (Beware -- the trade-in amount is only good for 7 days, and it can change wildly in that time!) I was pleased with the trade amount, and it was great that I could shop for my new car and see my down payment and monthly payment for every car I viewed! My specifications were pretty clear -- AWD, less than 10,000 miles, and never a rental car. I found my dream car a few days later, and started the purchase process. It was quite smooth and the directions were very clear about what documents need to be uploaded. When I went to click on "finalize purchase" (or something like that), a red flag popped up...my trade-in value expired WHILE I WAS IN THE PROCESS OF CHECKING OUT! I got on chat with Carvana staff right away, and they were able to return the trade in value to NEARLY what it was before the expiration. This is something that needs to be addressed by Carvana -- once a customer is to a certain point in the process, those numbers need to be frozen. So we set a delivery time, and the Carvana rep was pretty much on time considering he was traveling 70 miles or so from the Chicago office. Everything was smooth -- signed a couple more papers, took my Pathfinder for a spin, Eric inspected my trade, and I left within 30 minutes with my new car. I would also like to add that I drove directly to my mechanic, so he could inspect the car and make sure I wasn't buying something with hidden damage. It is hard to understand why more people don't choose to go all electric for at least one vehicle. I have solar panels and with a nice little EV like the Spark, you can save several hundreds of dollars per month. It has more power and acceleration than the gasoline version, all the amenities (AC, power steering with lots of airbags) and will handle 90% of my needs to run around town. If your total travel is less than 60 miles (which happens more often than you would think) it will get you there and back and at the same time pulling away from all the big diesel trucks (and almost any other car) off the line. Electric is the way to go.

This is a review of my SELLING experience to Carvana. I listed my car on Craigslist and was approached by an outsider buyer named Jan. She introduced me to Carvana, which I never heard of before, and it's process. She was very helpful and walked me through the process. The first deciding factor for selling to them was that they offered me the best price (vs. CarMax, Auto Nation, Trur Car). Then I realized the process was super streamlined. All I had to do was upload my documents and, after approval, schedule an appointment for the pickup of my car. Carvana sent a truck to COME TO ME to pick up the car. The driver (Lauren?) was very courteous and pleasant to work with, too. The pickup process, which included a one-mile test drive, took no longer than 20-30 minutes. Immediately after loading my car to their truck, I was handed the check, which I immediately deposited without any issues. My selling experience from being contacted by buyer to getting the check took just 10 days! (Would've been even faster if I was more timely with uploading my docs.) I'd highly recommend Carvana for selling your cars!

This is my second vehicle purchased from Vroom in the last 12 months, and I can't imagine ever buying a used car from a brick-and-mortar dealership again.
