I just purchased my second vehicle from Bryan Easler Toyota and it was just as smooth and transparent as my Tundra a couple of years ago! I sourced and purchased a new RAV4 for my daughter that had exactly the options she wanted and priced accordingly! Recently purchased a used SUV from Gilboy after some apprehension due to previous experiences of my own and other family members a few years ago. I have to admit that the dealership has done a 180 and went above and beyond my expectations. The purchase experience was absolutely painless compared to other dealers I visited. I received a fair allowance on my trade (where others low balled me) and I paid a fair price for the vehicle I wanted (where others also wanted top dollar)...Thanks Wendell! A couple of small repairs needed to be done (what do you expect, it was an 06'). T.J. at Gilboy took care of the minor issues quickly and included the repairs under their warranty. Mike scheduled my repairs as soon as the necessary parts arrived. Financing was easy as I was offered the terms I wanted with no "finance manager" pressures to buy any additional products. The Gilboy team of years gone by has obviously been replaced with caring, honest people that I will go back to if I or someone I know need a vehicle or repairs. Thanks Gilboy.

I had a fantastic experience buying my first car from a dealership at Zeigler of Plainwell. Dean Degroot was patient with me and explained the benefits and drawbacks with each vehicle I looked at. He wasn’t pushy never pushy or rushing me into the sale. I would recommend Zeigler of Plainwell and Dean to anyone but a vehicle.

We were pulling a 37’ camper when our check engine light came on in our Ford F150. We into the service lot, unannounced, with the whole rig behind us hoping to get advice on whether to turn around, drive ahead to our destination, or get a tow. Laura and Cody jumped right on it and did a diagnostic and repaired the whole thing while the trailer was still attached!! We were back on the road within an hour. Amazing customer service. We were already talking about a trade in for a 250 in the fall and now we know where we will go first! Thank you I much!!

AS a U.S. Veteran, this is the third new vehicle I have purchased from Tri lakes. The salesman was excellent, courteous, answered questions quickly, always followed up and was very friendly to us. Honesty, courtesy and professional. Why is this important? We live 1.5 hours from the dealership, passing many other dealers who are just not up to the standards of what I consider a fair conversation and deal. We highly recommend them. So, this is not the easiest trek but produces the best results.
