a reminder, when you tell me that it will not take but another 25 minutes for an update, that is fine, but when you come back to me 2-3 times, that is not fine, that should have been on another service day.
Even though I live on the west side of LA county and have the choice to utilize a local service provider, I travel to Pasadena for service because of the excellent service provided by Rusnak of Pasadena.

Shopping for a Certified Pre-Owned GT Coupe I came in contact with almost all the dealers in California during the process. Beverly Hills Bentley was wonderful to work with and was much quicker to respond than any of the others. They wanted my business. I made contact initially with someone over the phone who then provided me all the information I needed. I asked a ton of questions and she answered all of them. She found a car that met my needs in their inventory. FYI, this dealership has more cars than any of the other dealers. I came in, loved the car and was driving home an hour later. Their finance department was great and shopped hard to find me the best rate. I was pleasantly surprised at the price we worked out for the car, they gave me a great deal.
