I'm a longtime customer since 1996 bought nine vehicles thru the years. Bought my tenth 2016 F-150 last week and am beyond satisfied with the customer service from the employees at this location. The care and concern expressed by sales consultant Zach Leander and Dominic Taylor and team was beyond expectation and truly made the purchasing process easy and enjoyable. Zacch was informative and very helpful. I didn't feel pressured to buy my car at all, which is a nice change from the typical pushy salesmen.
The management Pat Ah You (honorable mention) and Joseph Manguba team manager were great as they didn't put me through a huge battle to get to the price I wanted. To be honest, it was probably the fastest deal I ever made on a car compared to other dealerships. They gave me good deal on my trade and made me an overall satisfied customer. Pat is very professional and truly cares.
Anthony Guevara and Mark Merrithew in financing were splendid too. Anthony was very thorough and clear in explaining the paperwork. Mark listened and took action to my requests. Thank you again to Pat for taking care of your returning customers.

Most of the features of the car is good except the space... Now, I have a newborn baby and I’m thinking of changing the car. The trunk is not large enough and I cannot put the stroller in easily! Also, rear seat is not comfortable for two passengers if the baby carier is installed.
Got a really good deal thru the Cutter Ford / Mitsubishi staff in Aiea. Sean Rodrigues introduced me to Richard Pascua. Together, they made sure I was 100% satisfied with the awesome price & quality 2017 Ford Focus. Paperwork took less than an hour. BTW, this was my 5th car over the past 10 years I've bought from them. The remodeling is looks excellent with the same friendly staff ;)
Noell is the best Service Coordinator I have ever had with any car - and she will be the reason I return to Cutter Ford, eventually, for my THIRD Cutter Ford. I never have any doubt she is going to tell me the truth - good or bad ... and that your techs are the best anywhere.
However, I plan to keep my beautiful Edge Sport a few years longer. Great car.
I will be looking for a GOOD deal on tires in a few thousand miles (265/40/22) and there is a lot of competition out there (PX/Firestone/Toyo etc.). Make me a good deal!

We have only had it for one day but we are happy with it so far! It met all of my husband’s needs for a new less expensive vehicle.
My appointment was at 8:00 a.m. I brought the car in early around 7:45 a.m. and the technician Keris went over the work that was to be done. They took the car in and the work was done within an hour. After paying for the service, I left the lot by 9:00 a.m. They really made my day. Thank you for the express service.

This truck is 4 door and has great leg room. Love the ecoboost as it does deliver the power and fuel economy to please. Love the air conditioned seats!!

This car was terrific from the intuitive layout to paddle switches that make sense to an average of 60 mpg over 10,000 miles it is quiet and has great road manners. Consumer reports was all wrong, on electric alone it will go 80 MPH not 50 I am so impressed it beats my wife's Prius all to heck and at $10,000 less dollars!!
Taking my car in for service is always an easy experience. I usually wait for my car and I always feel like I'm a priority.
Valeri always takes care of me and is a pleasure to work with. And Mark always takes the time to stop and chat and make sure everyone is taken care of.

This truck is great, power, comfort, accessories, roomy, design and looks. It has it all. Looks great cruising, out on the town or towing our camper.
I brought my vehicle in for an oil change and was told it would take an hour and a half to two hours but they were done in just over an hour. Excellent service!

This truck is comfortable, drives nice, very roomy interior, looks great, and the V6 Ecoboost has plenty of power for towing our 23 foot camper everywhere we go. Even with 113,000 miles on it.
Great Vehicle, well manufactured and very few problems at 148,000.
Ford Trucks hold their value very well. Would be a great used car for anyone looking for a work truck.

I recently purchased the White F-150 Lariat with 6in lift that was on the display ramp at the entrance gate. Absolutely love the truck! We noticed the tow hooks/loops at the front already has rust and has caused the chrome to bubble and peel. We are a little disappointed with that; especially for a new $80k truck. But we've already emailed Ben separately regarding Ford needing to replace these. Aside from that, our family and business have been buying vehicles from Dr. Ben since the late 60's when his hairdo was fluffier. I believe we are easily in the 40's as far as amount of cars or trucks bought for family or our relatives. This doesn't include the many additional trucks purchased for industrial use for the sugar company (under my later father) or for our family construction business (by me & my wife). Dearly called Tito Ben (Uncle Ben), we never feel the need to discuss price or negotiate ever. Most of the time we talk about the car then eachother's family, then about 45 seconds on the price offer and that's it. Its done. Mark Benson also came out to greet and congratulate us for once again purchasing a truck; also mentioning he'd like to put my wife in a future commercial with the truck that was sold. If he's serious (I think he was), we are willing to help. Just let us know when. Ben is a doctor of sales because he doesn't sell the product; rather he sells trustworthiness in himself. That's why we are loyal. I knew more about the truck features than Ben did which was so funny and, thanks to him, we know a new saying..."RTFM". We buy people, not products. For my family, Ben was "bought" many years ago, before I was born. His unwavering efficiency, honesty and trustworthiness is why he will always be Tito Ben in our family. the air vents on my 2009 king ranch and 2015 expedition are circular with possible 360 degree rotation and variable close positions. much better than those on my 2018 F-150 platinum. info system when i have the navigation in the full screen mode there is no indication of radio information. have to go to the multiscreen mode. on my 2015 expedition i can full screen map and radio information. much nicer
We came in anticipating a lengthy repair time not a normal service because of a thumping sound under the carriage of our Explore. We had Chad as our service rep and he was very professional from beginning to end. Just as an after thought I saw a sign that said "detail special" and I asked if I could have that included, not thinking that to add wait time in getting our vehicle back. I have to admit that this was the longest we've waited for our car at HFord, but after hearing from Chad what had to be done, we understood completely. Thank you Honolulu Ford and especially Chad for making our experience tolerable. After purchasing from Honolulu Ford (over the years) an 8 passenger van, 2 F150 pick-up trucks and now an Explorer, we are HFord customers for life.

The back seat has more room than the other trucks I drove. Great family vehicle. The 5.0 with 10 speed transmission gets amazing fuel mileage.
In July 2016 I purchased my Ford EDGE from Celes Alcantara. My original contact was done using the online services and although there was confusion at the start when I arrived, Celes was called and took care of me from the beginning to end. I was very impressed with how he handled not only the sale of the car but all the paperwork and detail. Anyways, only recently the maintenance light finally illuminated. I called and receive the most aloha "spirited" receptionists. After a few schedule checks she managed to fit me schedule my car for servicing just after the 4th of July holiday. Chad Getz, from the moment I parked my car was very personable and professional. He gave me his utmost attention and eye contact (this is very rare nowadays) and provided me a full detail of my request. What I found to be very unique and exceeded my expectation was he called me for the status and any changes before any services was made. He provided a full detail of what was to be expected and even followed through to ensure I did not have any questions. Lastly, "Aunty" Edith Kahele. What an exceptional nice lady who was very friendly and full of the aloha spirit too!! This shows how well Honolulu Ford takes care of their customers and providing the most friendly and professional services. She was very patient to wait for me to leave my office and was still happy to see me and take back to get my car. Wow!! Good Job and thanks for making me part of your Ohana!

This car meet all my needs. Is good on gas (price/miles). Really comfortable with plenty of room for legs. Big trunk and the a/c is the best.
I took my Escape for service maintenance at Honolulu Ford last 7/23/18. The service manager, Kyle Piercy, was superb. excellent, hospitable and explained to me the scope of the completed work. While I was waiting, I met and had a brief chat with Ben Caballo, the magnificent sales man of Honolulu Ford who sold me a Van, Car, and utility truck; and in 2016, Escape.

My recent visit at Honolulu Ford for the service of my 2016 Escape was wonderful. Kyle, the service manager, is always pleasant and courteous and customer-friendly to work with. As in the past service, Kyle always explains the scope of the service very clear and concise - no waste of words. Kyle told me to come back when the car is ready; so, he facilitated that I can take the courtesy shuttle to take me home. And while I was in the shuttle, I observed the hospitable atmosphere while enjoying the ride to Salt Lake Blvd because of Honolulu Ford's admirable asset - Edith Kahele. She is awesome, very courteous like Kyle, very friendly like Kyle too. I experienced a good rapport with Edith and, of course, magnified the customer-oriented qualities of Honolulu Ford. Edith picked me up at Salt Lake Blvd just the time that she told me, and when I signed the release papers at the Honolulu Ford service counter I was helped by Lauranne who also creamed my day with her friendly voice and smile. Honolulu Ford is number one!

The car met all our needs but one, towing. Decent and as advertised but not great with rolling hills or the mountains of Tennessee. Advertised limit is really the limit.
We were very happy with the car and the service. The whole process was quick and painless, I would highly recommend Choice.

My experience here was unlike any other I have experienced at a dealership. Ryan and the concierge staff were very hospitable and energetic! 3 weeks ago, I bought a 2017 Ford F-150 XLT 3.5 TT 302A/Chrome package, has all the bells and whistles...absolutely beautiful truck. Being a certiefied pre-owned Ford, I was willing to pay the 36K...as I received a more then fair price for my Honda Pilot trade in. I gotta say, I really wanna like this truck. I'm 6'3", It's far and away the most comfortable vehicle I've ever driven. It's wicked powerful...0-60 mph in 6.1 seconds. With all that being said. I've had 2 issues already with the truck. With in 48 hours of taking it home, the starter xxxx the bed. Had to have it towed and starter replaced. Okay parts break, they can be replaced. They played for it. Just today, I returned it to the dealer and got a loaner. Heard a rattling noise when I started it. Upon further investigation via internet, it could be the cam phasers or tensioners. Either way, I don't need my timing chain loosening up and rattling every morning I start it. Like I said, I wanna like this truck but the jury is still out. I'm optimistic and hopeful the dealer will make it right. So much for Certified Ford F-150's passing a 172 checklist and being the "cream of the crop" Evidently starters weren't part of that "172" check list. We'll see what they say when thay call back Monday morning with a diagnosis?
Do not bring your car anywhere else, trust me! When I purchased my truck I went for the cheaper price at the OTHER dealership so I assumed that their Service department would take care of my needs also. WRONG! long story short, Mike and Kawika at Cutter stepped up and made it all right. I will definitely be making my next purchase from Cutter Chevy because of Mike and his department.
