This is my fourth Ford truck. First was a Ranger, then an XLT, then a Lariat. This King Ranch fulfills my bucket list. Have had it only a week but it looks and drives great. Very comfortable ride.
It’s a great drive. Drives and rides like a car. Satisfied with my decision. Looks great, drives great and I love driving it.

I took my Explorer in on a Tuesday with major transmission problems, was given a choice of repairing the problem on my existing transmission or replacing it with a rebuilt transmission with a three-year unlimited mileage warranty (duh, a no brainer!), and it was complete by Friday. I had discussed having some other problems fixed while it was in the shop, also, but they didn't get fixed. No problem, I'll just take it back another time to get these problems fixed when I can. Andy in the Service department was very helpful and knowledgeable. So far, the fix has worked and the transmission works very smoothly.

the air vents on my 2009 king ranch and 2015 expedition are circular with possible 360 degree rotation and variable close positions. much better than those on my 2018 F-150 platinum. info system when i have the navigation in the full screen mode there is no indication of radio information. have to go to the multiscreen mode. on my 2015 expedition i can full screen map and radio information. much nicer
For several years I have used Jerry Seiner for the service work done on my cars. I have also leased several cars for my self and company since 1996.
They have always been fair and friendly and I feel confident they will complete my work in a most satisfactory condition.
Our Purchase of the SUPER DUTY F350, at L.H.M. Downtown, was in all my years by far the BEST, the most professional, and courteous, sales & finance ever experienced in buying a vehicle. The professional and courteous interactions with Will Shields in sales/ demo, and pricing, again by far, surpassed several high end vehicle purchases I have made, including the likes of Ranges Rover, and Mercedes Benz, to name a couple. Will, introduced us to Mike Clark. What a gentleman! Mike processed, finalized the financing, and wrapped up the loan and purchase paperwork... Mike's a real professional, and was patient and took time to explain every question i had regarding the new loan. (This is in my experience where, things in other dealerships become difficult. time consuming, EXPENSIVE, and feeling pressure to add items to the purchase). Now, I understand, the DEALER, to not incur liability; is required to make the Buyer aware of certain products and extended warranties, etc., For us Mike handled this process efficiently, offered the items as required. Well done. We felt no pressure... and it did not take hours, as has been my experience several times when trying to efficiently buy a new vehicle.. To wrap up. I highly recommend LHM Truck Land, and Will Shields. And if you are lucky, Mike Clark was really great to help us finance and finish the purchase...
Keith Chadwick in the Jerry Seiner Collision Center was an excellent communicator and kept me posted with frequent updates. The work that was done was superb. My vehicle looks like a brand new car. I am so pleased with the results.

They just keep getting better and better!. This purchase took less time to finalize than it did for them to wash the vehicle for delivery and that only took 12 minutes (I timed it!). First, Kenn Winn is my guy! Total professional and really knows his stuff. I had called and asked about a used vehicle I was interested in. IMMEDIATLY got all of my questions answered and gave Kenn some information to check what kind of deal we could do. His return call not only gave me the information I had requested but offered me another alternative that allowed my family to actually add a NEW CAR to the driveway at a lower monthly payment and shorter term than the other option. Deal was done on the phone as far as I was concerned. F&I? What can I say? Mike Clark was the easiest guy to work with. Paper work was accurate and correct, reflected everything exactly as I had discussed it with Kenn. Rate was excellent, trade in was fairly priced, LHM value added items at NO CHARGE were a total shock and a plus! Best buying experience ever. THESE are the reasons we always buy From The Miller Group. Sales, Service, Professional Attitude and Parts (for when I'm fixing one of my vehicles). They really are the total package. Save yourself the rhetoric of the other guys in town and deal with the pros..............
This review is for Tyler Shupe, who understood where I was coming from and helped me make the best of a bad situation. Prior to entering this dealership, my vehicle had broken down twice in less than 24 hours. Before the last and final breakdown, my vehicle experienced power loss in the middle of the interstate on 3 separate occasions and it was scary as heck. I laughed and cried because I couldn't believe this would be happening to me surrounded by trucks at 80 MPH. My original intent was to drive to California to visit family I hadn't seen since Christmas and I had some time off work I wanted to take advantage of. I knew I needed to do something but didnt know what and now I was held up in beautiful Salt Lake City. Because of my personal driving experience driving the Focus I had purchased at another dealer, I did not want to get back into this vehicle even if it was completely fixed and ready to go; It was hard to let go of the ordeal I experienced. With this in mind, I inquired about purchasing a new vehicle as now safety was my ultimate concern for my own personal comfort. Tyler Shupe, laid it all down for me. He was direct yet personable and sat with me to explain things I did not fully understand. It was my first ever new vehicle purchase and Tyler had the patience and social perceptiveness to see what I needed and wanted in a Focus. My only regret was that I did not roll into this dealership under better circumstances sooner. But on the flip side, had my vehicle not broken down I would not have met Tyler and everyone who assisted me at the dealership. This is a very tough situation for me and one that I'll remember for a long time. A lot of lessons were learned and I am very excited and happy that one of them is that people like Tyler exist and I could not have come out with a new vehicle without his help. Wendy Davis helped me purchase my first Edge back in 2008. I skipped her (not sure why) when I got my 2013 Escape but somehow we found each other again and she helped me with my purchase of my new Ruby Red 2016 Edge. She is very personable and easy to deal with. Very knowledgeable and speedy. I'll ask for her again the next time I need a new car. Love her!

I just purchased a 2013 Ford Discuss this morning! I stopped by a few months ago to look at VWs. Had a great experience, but didn't end up buying a car that day. My boyfriend and I were very impressed with the Velocity staff and the low prices, so we kept the salesman's card to contact him when we were ready to buy a new(er) car. When my old car threw a rod in the engine, I called Velocity the next day! I was up all night online searching for cars, and Velocity has the best cars at the best prices, bar none! Scott, my salesman, was wonderful throughout My time there. We chatted about his previous positions in car sales and he told me how much he believes in the Velocity model of serving customers by offering quality cars at fair prices, no unnecessary markup. All of the salesmen are salary, so they do not get paid commission on the sale. That takes the pressure off, which allows the salesmen to be honest, genuine, and frees them up to make a connection with the customers. Finding the car I wanted was the easy part. But My trade was in bad shape. Cory in the finance department went to bat for me with the lender to offer as much as he could to lower my payments. He was straightforward, respectful, and kind. I highly recommend Velocity! I would definitely buy a car from them again!
