After purchasing my third vehicle from Kendall, the moon roof was discovered to have a leak. This was a several thousand dollar fix, they fixed it. Being a single mom, a home health nurse who works out of their vehicle and an all around busy person, I was concerned and naturally worried as what to do. I was amazed at the kindness and genuine support I received after talking with the General Manager Jeff who followed through with his word and took care of the problem every step of the way. All the while, the most excellent service clerk Carrie always knew the right thing to say or do. She would call and leave update messages without me having to chase her down to find out information, she would even remember to remind me of the little things like to get my parking card out of the rental vehicle...she was nice, really nice, a natural and seemingly doing things in an effortless manner...on-and-on... ...these people made my day and reminded me how to be, even in my line of work where compassion, empathy, kindness and understanding are essential especially in todays unusual world. I am grateful for Kendall Toyota of Eugene and will continue to purchase vehicles here for as long as I am in Eugene. Thank you for all you do!!! Don't change a thing, you all are doing great

My 5L, 2018 F150 keeps having problems with coils. Since there is one per cylinder and the cost of replacing one is quite high. This has become a problem. I love my truck, but this gives me cause to consider GMC next time.

Bought my truck used in 2016 with 69k miles one owner vehicle currently pushing 122k. Only major issue has been the replacement of the break pump, great on gas plenty of torque have hauled a Bob Cat in the past with no issues. Love my truck!

2020 Ford Expedition was purchased Feb 2020 (Springfield Va). I started having transmission problems Jun 2020 (15,000 miles). I informed my service representative what was occurring during an oil change and she informed that she would have a transmission specialist look at it. I was given the all ok and l departed, but my transmission is still producing a rattling sound and it buck's when l go from park to drive, also when it changes gears it slips from time yo time. This is my Fourth new Expedition and l have never experienced anything like this. I have made 4 request that they check my transmission and it has always come back (No problem). Oct 2022 l received a call from the service department stating that my truck hadn't been in over a year. I indicated to them that l was last in for an oil change with them, April 2022. Not only did they not have records showing my oil changes, but they didn't record any of my complaints about my transmission. I took my truck to AAMCO and they indicated that it was an electrical component ( brains of the trans) that was faulty and that l needed to return to Ford to repair. I attempted to have this resolved before my warranty expired and now l have no warranty on it because l'm at 95K miles on my truck. I know that there is a recall on 2015-2019 Ford Expedition for faulty transmission gear box. I'm experiencing the exact same issue with my transmission. Vin #1MJK1JT8LEA27351 Model: XLT Max Grey

I have a premium Yellow 2015 GT convertible. Black interior (not charcoal gray) with a Black top. This car has the 6-speed automatic and therefore, it does not constantly shift up/down like the newer (lousy) 9-10 speeds. Mine includes the Ford Performance PowerPac 2 with RTR axle backs. With only 19,000 actual miles, this car looks, sounds and performs excellent. Would not sell it for any Corvette (have had 3 of them) nor any other Convertible with a 9-10 speed auto. I got my 2006 ford explorer eddie bauer Ltd. In 2008 used. I love it. It's 2024 I has the oil changes regularly (it's tells me) which is wonderful. Yes I needed tires obviously. But the only repairs it needed since I have it was the gear shift. The front axle got changed last year. And now the rear axle needs changing and they say some pieces are rusting. Now I did have an issue with it stopping when I would go over a speed bump. So took it to a repair shop close to work. BIG mistake. First they said it was a silinod (spelled wrong) Replaced Then they said it was the fuel tank. Replaced Then they said take it to Ford. They didn't know but gave me a list of things that will need done eventually. Spare plugs, etc. Finally after a month I got angry and took it up to Trump motors (repair shop) where my dad deals. And it ends up that in my ford explorer I have a emergency shut off. So on the passenger side front panel area. There is a pump button. If it happens just wait 2 minutes give it 2 or 3 pumps and start it up. They did/showed me that for free. So expensive lesson. But I absolutely love my Ford explorer. Wish I could keep it forever. But I realize it is older and now rear axle and rusted pieces, driver leather seat needs replaced and liner coming down. So I'm thinking I need to update. Hoping to get something similar. Oh yeah I'm also 5'2" and love sitting high and seeing everything.

2016 Platinum. Nice SUV, comfortable, very powerful, decent fuel economy, fair build quality, but there are some things to be aware of; the AWD models have a PTU (power transfer unit) which sends power to the rear wheels. It is positioned very close to the exhaust, and the heat generated by the turbochargers literally cooks the gear oil in the PTU, causing it to fail. The unit only holds about a quart of oil, and is NOT serviced or checked, even when you have the vehicle serviced at the dealer. We had trouble with the front camera, and the recirculation actuator on the climate control. If you are considering a used Explorer, I highly recommend buying the best warranty you can! The only complaint I have is the road noise. On new pavement, it's quiet, but on all other roads it's VERY loud inside!

Own one of these and it never fails to start and reliably get me to place to place. Almost 200k and no sign of stopping. Also had a Toyota highlander that was a piece of junk compared to this thing. At least the Ford never had an engine light or didn't start.

My 2012 escape has a salvaged title. Was hit in the front. Only replacements I’ve made since purchase is the radiator and brakes/rotors. It gets me where I need to go. Good for the price I bought it. Currently has 169,000 miles on it. Can definitely drive for longer. I see many complaints about conditions of their car but that all depends on the previous owner.

Friday Feb. 16th, I went in on a spur of the moment to look for a car for my family. I am a single mom of toddler twins, an 8 yr that lives in Cali and a 16 yr old man child. I needed a car with plenty of space, that was reliable to get me to Cali to see my 8 yr old and that was safe for the twins. Jesse was the first to approach me! He was very kind and seemed to understand exactly what my family needed. He showed me their 2015 Ford Flex (I love flex’s so I was mostly already sold!) I took it for a test drive and decided to go for it! She was perfect for my family! I noticed by Sunday the car started to jolt. I had a feeling it was either a misfire in one of the cylinders or the tranny was slipping. By the following Tuesday morning, I went to get coffee before work and the check engine light came on. I emailed the guys there, and calmly voiced my frustration and said that I would be missing work that day to bring it back in. When I pulled back up, I was greeted by Chris and Jesse. I explained to them what had happened. Chris ran a code reader on it, sure enough it was a 4th cylinder misfire! Jesse introduced me to Thor, the mechanic next door and he said he’d get it fixed up! I was so pleased! We went over prices and what it would cost to switch it out. And it was way cheaper than going to Jiffy Lub to have it done there!! Which made me even more happier! Given Kitty (My Flex) was my only transportation, the guys decided to allow me to borrow one of their cars off the lot while Kitty was getting worked on. All of these guys, Jesse, Chris, Drew, Brad and Thor, are all such wonderful people!!! Very friendly! Very welcoming! Willing to listen to frustrations and concerns! Just amazing people!!! By midday Wednesday, Drew calls me on my lunch to inform me that Kitty was all done being worked on and she runs like new! Man, I was so excited to get off work to go pick her up! Drew also told me that they felt that with me only having the car a few days, that it wouldn’t be right to have me pay for the work. I was so shocked and surprised when he said that, I cried!!! Not only did they switch out the bad spark plug, they went ahead and replaced ALL SIX OF THEM!! WHEN I SAY THESE GUYS ARE AMAZING, THATS A HUGE UNDERSTATEMENT!!!!! I would absolutely recommend anyone and everyone to get a car from their lot!!!! They don’t treat you like you’re just another customer, they really treat you and take care of you like family!!!! My Kitty runs soooooooo amazingly!!!! From the very very deepest parts of our hearts, THANK YOU TO ALL FIVE OF YOU GUYS!!!! We sure love our Kitty and I can’t wait to take her to Cali at the end of next month!!!
