The process was completed on the telephone and in the dealership. Our total time to complete it all including the thorough review of this car's systems was a short three hours. Very impressive!
First time buying a new car was an enjoyable activity. I feel like I got a tremendous deal, was treated with kindness, professionalism, and joy. Everyone there seemed like they enjoyed being there. I got a beautiful car, Kendall got a satisfied customer.
The showroom was too noisy. There is a lot of waiting time when actually going through the buying process. The background noise in the showroom really got to be annoying. I had to contact the credit agency to remove a credit freeze; the background noise was so loud it interfered with the telephone call.
