This is the second car I have purchased from Rischi at Coastal. He is pleasant to work with and has most paper work completed before I even get there. I bought my car G80 here when it was Pugi ,and I had service issues with GPS. I was begging to think I made a mistake buying a Genesis. Since Castel took over, they had some issues in the transition. But Castle has changed how I feel about Genesis. I really see them striving to achieve a premium service. Great Job Castle Genesis. Thank you for changing how I feel about my Genesis purchase again. My experience with the wonderful after sales specialist Danyul was absolutely wonderful. If I could rate from one to 10, he would be a 20. He took care of all my needs.The facility was very clean and airy. The people were very professional, and the service was great.

My experience has been good. However I'm concerned about window issues with my 2016 Tuson. Two months ago my passager window would not come back-up and now my driver's side window has done the same also one back window will not come down at all. It is not cheap having to get these window fixed. In my opinion I think it's a manufacturer issue
