Buying a car is inherently stressful, but after meeting the staff at Mountain View Hyundai in Ringgold, it was much easier. What we appreciated was the space to look and think. No hyper sales pitch or pressure. You can ask any questions and review all details about your purchase without pressure to hurry to decide. Tomer and Morgan took good card of us and made feel appreciated. We would recomend them for your next vehicle!

My experience has been good. However I'm concerned about window issues with my 2016 Tuson. Two months ago my passager window would not come back-up and now my driver's side window has done the same also one back window will not come down at all. It is not cheap having to get these window fixed. In my opinion I think it's a manufacturer issue

I bouth my Genesis at King- thougth it would be easier to service nearer to my home. Well worth the drive. Lacey even connected me with a salesperson to help fiquire on of the features on my vehicle. I decided to buy this car through my credit union and all parties involved (my bank broker and the representative from Honda) went out of the way to not only find the car I wanted but to make sure the purchase was efficient and smooth. I was provided with all details and given the opportunity to ask questions to make sure I understood all details of the deal. I opted for the new car to be delivered to me. They dropped it off and picked up my trade in a timely manner. The dealer rep that followed my new car sat with me and thoroughly explained every page I was signing and then took time to introduce me to the car and showed me many of its features. I've subsequently received follow up emails asking if I have any further questions! Their follow through after the purchase made me feel valued!

I rarely take the time to review products or services; however, after my terrific experience with Five Star Hyundai of Macon Dealership, I decided to share my experience. Early this summer I started the process of looking for a vehicle. I looked online, talked to online managers, and took the time to visit several other dealerships before visiting Five Star. It quickly became a very exhausting and frustrating experience. However, once I decided to view the inventory at Five Star, and much to my surprise, the process changed when I met John Kosater, the salesman. He was charming, friendly, and more importantly, knowledgeable and worked hard to deliver a deal I could not refuse. The entire atmosphere at the dealership lacked the intense pressure I found at other places. The entire staff, Reggie Thompkins in finance, the manager, and all staff made the process easy.
