I worked with Emily Berger and the entire Audi Pitt Team - great experience. I flew there from Philadelphia to but an S8 on a dnowy Presidents day. I was expecting the worst but Emily is a pro, supported by Jenn, Chris, Emily in Finance and the service team. Despite the snow and the Holiday, they made it happy. They are pay off the #1 Cochran Group - the name didn't make sense until after my experience, but they certainly lived up to that name. Great experience and customer service!

There are 2 other Honda dealers closer to me than Morrie's West Bend Honda. However I chose Morrie's as I was looking for a good deal (A deal which was fair to both the dealership and me). It didn't take long for us to reach an agreement that was mutually beneficial. It was a pleasure to work with Thomas Scherr. He was very knowledgeable with the CR-V Hybrid model I was seeking, and throughout the negotiation process he was the consummate professional representing both management and me. I would recommend both him and the dealership to anyone. It was time well spent driving somewhat further to West Bend. I am 110% satisified.

Overall experience was fantastic, and we hate buying cars! The price got us in the door, but we were impressed with the staff, especially Will who got right out to the lot to greet us and was with us through the whole process. Car shopping can be a stressful experience, as no one likes to have buyers remorse when making a large purchase like a new vehicle. For me this is a big deal, so I wanted to make sure I did my research and found the car that I really wanted. It was a multi week process, I test drove 5 different vehicles, before I walked into Genesis of Edmond. What a great experience at Genesis of Edmond! As you walk in to the facility it feels low stress but nuanced with nice touches., like casual seating areas with comfortable chairs. A great coffee area that is easy to access with really good coffee. But more importantly the people did a great job. My sales person Rajip was perfect, low pressure, and very knowledgeable of the car and thoughtful. Jeff the manager was easy to deal with, and quick to work on finding the right price for me, both on my trade-in and the vehicle I really wanted. And Austin on the finance team was quick, but detailed in going through the numbers. And of course the car!! What a great car! It's my first Genesis, I purchased the GV80 model, and it could very well be the best car I've ever owned, it's so nice to drive, it looks great, and it feels great. My favorite touch is the Ergo-Posture seat, it automatically shapes around you and guides you into a comfortable driving posture, you have to experience it to see what I mean, but its awesome! This is a long review, because the team at Genesis of Edmond made it worth the time to share my opinion, and the car speaks for itself. And with a great warranty on the car should I ever need it, I'm looking forward to working with Rajip and the team at Genesis whenever if anything comes up. Really appreciate all that they did!

The overall experience was fine but I was just not used to this business model. I bought a $70,000 used vehicle and after having dealt with the Land Rover and Mercedes dealerships for years, the customer service at CarMax is just not up to their level. But I guess that was how I paid $2500 - $5,000 less than what other dealers were charging for the same car.

This is one of the largest CarMax that I've been to and they have quite a selection of cars. The salesperson was not pushy and were very friendly. The salesperson I worked with was Felicia and she was exceptionally great. I would highly recommend this dealership because of her superb customer service, knowledge of cars, and hospitality.
