Nick was great, had slight issue setting up kia connect app stuff. But that’s on technology not always cooperating, not the salesman. Great low pressure sales guy that seems like his style is treating himself and the customers well after seeing his name on most every plaque for sales excellence in the place. Great experience overall.

From the ease of scheduling to the detailed video, every aspect of service is outstanding! Both Pat and David, the advisors, are welcoming and genuine, and they even let me bring my Chihuahua with when she was sick! Best dealer ever!

I was looking for a newer vehicle and unfortunately the didn’t have the type of vehicle I needed. But I’m sure they will soon. The staff and sales people are super nice and totally honest. I will be doing business with the used car dealership in the future. Even though I didn’t not find what I was looking to perches. I highly recommend this place. He took the time to answer all my questions and was transparent about pricing. The dealership had a great selection of vehicles, and the atmosphere was welcoming. Sales person (Yakila) is very good in taking care of customer. But his supervisor may not be interested in closing the deal as she didn't want to negotiate. I am still looking to buy the car.

The overall experience was fine but I was just not used to this business model. I bought a $70,000 used vehicle and after having dealt with the Land Rover and Mercedes dealerships for years, the customer service at CarMax is just not up to their level. But I guess that was how I paid $2500 - $5,000 less than what other dealers were charging for the same car.

Outstanding service! I bought my first car with them and they treated us really well. They were really great to work with and made sure I was happy with what I was getting. There were a few minor issues I pointed out about the car I was interested in and they didn't hesitate to fix them. Would definitely go back to them in the future!

They had the car I was thinking on, but,ended up buying from a different place only because it had a sun roof in the color I wanted.
