I’ve had a GLE and an Audi Q7 and this has truly been the only car I’ve bought and loved the longer I had it. The design to the technology is beyond what I was offered elsewhere at this price point.

Had a oil change and tire rotation.Other things checked out.Also car was washed and cleaned when work finished.It was about 2 hour wait.Plenty of knacks and yes coffee,water and other drinks.As usual walked out and viewed new vehicles.

Luxurious car but the tech interface is a disaster (especially voice recognition, but also latency and general UI), and I bought the car only for the tech so I am disappointed.

The service experience at Genesis was excellent. Mr Danny Riol did an amazing job resolving my AC issue and had my damaged wheel rims repaired as well. They provided me with a loaner vehicle and returned my car after repairs in excellent condition.

I have had this vehicle less than a week, 250 miles driven. The navigation settings have been difficult and the screen setup still needs work. The custom seat setting feature was amazing. The seats are very comfortable. It is a nice driving vehicle.

Purchased the 2022 GV80 this past October and just completed a trip from Florida to Maine and back and couldn't be happier with the vehicle. Totally comfortable and smooth riding whether in the City or the Open Road.

Overpriced but definitely Superior comfort and exquisite styling. Some obvious shortcomings from a design and Engineering standpoint. One in particular that drives me crazy is the poor design and functionality of the gas cap area. I cannot believe a vehicle in 2023 with a price tag of around $80,000 does not have a locking mechanism on the gas cap cover and the fact that you have to push to open it from the outside, as well as the cheap feel and Design Within, is mind blowing and very disappointing

Steph was awesome! he was patient, knowledgeable and very helpful with any questions I had about the GV80, the lease and how service would work if I moved forward with the deal. After finalizing the car with him he was very nice and gave my family a first class experience when picking up our brand new car! The dealership in general is first class, Justin the GM came out and personally said thank you and introduced himself to me and my family. That was very much appreciated! Brandon from finance was also great! not pushy at all, listed the options and gave me the pros on each and let me decide how to move forward. It was so fast with finance we were done in less than 30 mins. The whole process was in and out with zero wait time from Sales to finance to final sale! 100% would recommend this location to anyone that reads this! Top notch from top to bottom! All I can say is this car is beautiful. I purchased this car slightly used after upgrading my 09 genesis and have no regrets. It is smooth, packed with technology and features, unique and a head turner. Although Genesis is still fighting for its respect you will soon find out that this is just as good if not better than its rivals.

I bought a new Sonata SEL at Texan. Julio helped me with the sale. Absolutely ZERO pressure of any sort. Julio knows the cars and can answer whatever questions one has. Chazz helped me set up the tech, getting all the Blue Link and Car Play and everything else set up. Phil is the manager and helped tweak the numbers so they came out where I wanted them to. And Alvaro made the finance and paperwork part of the deal painless. Probably the best car buying experience of the more than a couple of dozen times I've bought a car. Highly recommended.

Owned the GV80 for 6 months, the smaller engine is plenty. The ride is better than my 2018 Lexus rx350L. Only draw back navigation good be better.

This car is very comfortable. The interior is beautiful. It has good pick up speed when entering on the highway. We've had other luxury cars but this one is by far more comfortable. There's a lot of technology with this car and it takes a lot of time to go over it. This is definitely a vehicle we would get again.

My previous vehicle was a 2018 BMW X6 and I can honestly say that my new 2021 Genesis GV80 is by far a better value in every way that I can think of. The BMW had a sticker price more than $30,000 higher than the Genesis. What’s more, the GV80 is loaded with standard features, especially safety features, that were either not available or were pricey options on my BMW. Safety features like self-steering to keep me in my lane on the Highway, self-braking in an emergency, audible tone and corrective steering if I’m going into a lane when there’s a vehicle in my blind spot, cruise control that automatically adjusts speed with traffic flow even down to a complete stop - in cruise control mode!! So, yes, I love it and I think I’ll be a genesis guy from now on after owning 4 BMW’s in a row!!

I have owned many cars over the years and this GV80 is by far the best car I have ever owned. Ride, comfort and handling are outstanding after 9 months of ownership and almost 10,000 miles. You can drive this car for hours and when you get out you are not tired or stiff. The sound system is excellent and the navigation system updates rapidly for road conditions.

Great car for the money definitely needs the 3.5 motor. Would love it if it had air suspension otherwise love the car. Love the lane change notifications as it forces me to be a better driver because you must use a signal to change lanes orbit stops you

This is the best car ever had! We bought G70 3years ago and bought GV80 3weeks ago. We will not go back to any other brand car.
