Forest, our sales representative was an amazing man. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He was also very friendly and went out if his way to make sure we knew all about the vehicle we were interested in purchasing. He went with us so I could test drive the car and explained all the features and how to work them . Forest even took me around the dealership and introduced me to various employees, showed me where the service and parts departments were and, once again introduced me to the people in those departments. He also showed me where the customer lounge and vending area was along with the free coffee area. Forest introduced me to the finance person who would be serving me. I wanted to purchase a new vehicle and Terry was the sales man who also sold my mom a car his kindness and understanding made me me feel comfortable. His customer service was spectacular. The finance person was also so kind. I will recommend this dealership to others. They know how to make their customers feel valued.

I hate singing the service for an intermittent issue likely caused by a computer chip, on board computer or software but it a serious issue when the Adaptive Cruise control just locks the brakes up at cruising speeds over 55 MPH. I am hopeful they will eventually figure out the issue. This time I requested they just deactivate Adaptive Cruise as I?m worried about serious injury. The last time the brakes locked up out of the blue, I almost lost control of the vehicle and it slide sideways almost flipping at 70 MPH.

Jarrett Abel has been my Service Adviser for several years. He always takes care of scheduling my appointments and getting my Chevy P/U serviced. The service department does a terrific job of getting vehicles serviced quickly.

The level of care, kindness, and respect that Tyler Reynolds showed to my wife and I was unlike anything we have experienced at any dealership. Every other person of the Sewell staff was no different. I have always heard great things about Sewell dealerships and we were not disappointed. We worked with Matthew Jobe on the finance end and he was fantastic as well. Both Tyler and Matthew from start to finish provided us a true no pressure deal. I’m convinced that Sewell Buick GMC wants what’s best for my family and budget. It almost feels wrong to say that I really enjoyed the car buying experience at a dealership but it’s the truth. Great buying experience, much better than other dealerships for buying a vehicle. They didn't force us to add an extended warranty or other typical dealership nonsense.

I was asked when I needed my truck back, I alex for 2pm. I never got a call, and when I went to the dealership at 3pm because u didn't get a call back, I was told my recall was not done and it would be 45 minutes longer. Very disappointing the lack of communication. There service department was slow and I never got av return call. I was not able to wait so had to take my truck. I would continue to go to Ewing but they will not take the service plan I bought from freeman when I purchased my truck. Keep in mind we've purchased five trucks from freeman in the last two years.
