I wouldn't say I liked car shopping, but Richard made it a breeze, and he almost felt like part of the family as we decided what we wanted. Richard went out of his way to ensure everything was as stress-free and smooth as possible. This dealership is 1+ hours away and I absolutely will look for my next car at the Huston GMC dealership.

This week, at Regal Lakeland, I had a commendable buying experience thanks to an exceptional salesman, Victor Estrada. His integrity, relatability, and advocacy resulted in my wife getting the exact car she wanted at a very fair price. After test driving this specific Honda CRV model at 4 other dealerships, I was getting annoyed at hearing the same sales tactics and cliches over and over again. By contrast, it was refreshing to meet Victor when my wife and I walked into his office. He was a good listener and paid close attention to my wife's priorities before her test drive. He was also patient in explaining, in layman's terms, some of the advanced safety features this car was equipped with. She was impressed with this CPO car. Victor was able to secure a fair price on a fine vehicle that should last for years. Regal Lakeland will be my first stop when replacing my vehicle next year. I want to work with their best sales professional, Victor Estrada.

Salesman Braxton a young gentlemen took his time with us and showed us every aspect of the Yukon . I was in between two dealerships on a Tahoe or Yukon. Had an initial bad experience with this service center but once the service manager (George) contacted me and ask for a chance to earn my business back I agreed to give it another shot. George was very attentive e to what I needed and gave me updates as the work was completed.
