Overall good drove over three hours to arrive, pain that policy is they don?t accept checks or certified checks when purchasing outright. Did money transfer before leaving home and waited an hour at dealership for verification of transfer total four hours (ridicules). Other than that process was simple enough.

Dealer offered a fair price for my used trade-in and gave me a fair price on the used truck that I bought.

The service I had at Royal Cadillac was beyond what I expected. They made up for the mistakes that parts department made. Rather than have me drive all the way back to Tucson, which is an hour and a half from me, they brought the service man to me. Terry was wonderful. He was even able to get my garage opener programmed in my car. I was so thankful.Erin, I’m sure I misspelling his name, on the day All my problems started was patient kind and thoughtful. They treat you like family there, as soon as Gina met me for the first time after talking to me on the phone she ran up and gave me the best welcoming hug! Huge shout out to Mike Pecha for going above and beyond in every step of buying and taking ownership of my new Escalade, from staying late because of flight delays, to calling a nearby hotel and getting the best rate possible on a room.
