I purchased a QX80 from Nalley Infiniti with the assistance of Larry Jamison and Stasha. These two individuals provided a wonderful and seamless customer experience. Pricing brought me in, price was honored fully without shenanigans, and the staff could not have been better.
David Valdes is an excellent sales representative!! He makes Nally Infiniti #1 in my book. He???s straight forward, patient, knowledgeable, and a great person to help when shopping for your car needs. I never dreams things could go do smooth and I could feel so excited and satisfied in less than 3 or 4 hrs., I highly recommend Favid to be your next sales Rep, if you???re in the market for an Infiniti, you???re be happy!!!!
My 1995 Volvo 940 estate wagon is hard to get some parts for. A part source was located and the part ordered and installed. A second part has been ordered, because of a fault in the first part. All previous repairs have been successful.
The dealership was clean but under construction - bathrooms in sales area was not available. Knew exactly what we came in to buy...Salesman immediately tried to direct us to something he wanted to sell. When we drove what he wanted us to drive, we got him to show us what we wanted to see. Meanwhile, as he tried to park the first vehicle, he backed it up into my wife, hitting her in the back (so much for pedestrian warning device). Long story short, we drove the vehicle we came to see, liked it, made an offer and the salesman told us the Manager said no, and made a counter. We said thanks but no thanks, and as we were driving off the lot, the manager met us and accepted our offer. It is a shame you have to play these games just to buy a car.
I recently purchased my vehicle and had to get a defect fixed. When I called the service center, I was able to get an appointment and get the problem fixed quickly. Everyone was helpful in explaining the issue, providing a loaner car so I could get to work on time and even cleaned my car!!
The Sales and Service is Amazing and works extremely hard to meet their customers need. Thank you Classic Cadillac team!!! We are so grateful for companies like you that care so much about your customers.
This is my sixth car from this dealership, and my 3rd leased vehicle, to say i am satisfied would be an understatement. My Sales Rep David Gosh knows me so well that he brings the car to me with all the features, technology, looks and driveability, then works the plan to make it even more appealing.
Their team is great! I actually enjoy buying my car from them. Randy Mock is a good car salesman and treated me very well. He had to work hard to find the car I wanted. It was not easy. When I stop in for service at your shop, I always go over and say Hi to Randy! I enjoy talking with him.
The main reason I buy cars from Classic Cadillac - (This is my second) is because of their service center and 'Big Chad'. He does a great job and is a huge asset for the dealership. Big Chad has always treated me very professionally and has always done right by me and my car. He is a good person and the main reason I buy from Classic Cadillac. Even though I only know him through the short amount of time I spend at their service center to drop off and pick up my car, I can say that I trust him. That is key for me or I assume anyone when bringing your car in for service.

I had a really great experience at Honda Carland. My Salesman Ryan Walcott was so professional as well as personable. I was conflicted between two models and he very patiently kept showing me and test driving the two until I decided. NOT ONCE did he show a tiny sign of frustration, he repeatedly said he just wanted to make sure that I got the right vehicle. Once I decided, the rest of the process was quite smooth and quick. Lauren (my Finance Manager) made that process clear and effortless. I was very pleased with the options that were presented (without any pressure) to protect my new Odyssey. I am very pleased with the entire outcome. I am so happy with my purchase and everyone at Honda Carland made the experience great!
From the time we entered the dealership to the completion of the deal our sales rep Dan Burris was 1st class all the way. No haggle, no upscale, just straight ahead professionalism. Very knowledgeable about the product and even introduced us to our new service manager prior to departure. Overall experience was a 10 and look forward to our future experiences at this great dealership I???d recommend Dan and this dealership to anyone in the market for this high end car experience
Transmission slipping not able diagnose or fix issue ,also advisor did not seem to be very concerned. I have talked to other kia owner with same concern it would seem like it is time for Kia engineering to get involved

Union City couldn't see me for 7 days
Atlanta South saw me in 1 day. Great customer service. Fixed my problem in 1 hour. I'm cool again. They are my new home for service. Union City didn't treat me that well anyway. I recommend getting your service here at Atlanta South
