Shopping for a car for my granddaughter we visited Demontrond Volkswagen in Spring one afternoon. Steave Castillo(Cajina) ,sales consultant, met us outside and proceeded to show us the cars and answer all our questions. Great salesman, no high pressure. After checking other dealerships we returned to Demontrond and completed our purchase.

Very nice, staff friendly and accommodating, kelp me updated on the status of the maintenance process. Notified me promptly once the service was completed and vehicle ready for pick up. The facility was sparkling clean and comfortable for waiting while vechicle in the service department.

Gabriel and Tatyana are the best, communicated wonderfully along the way, listened to my worries and concerns, and truly went out of their way to make sure I walked away happy with no concerns. They helped me get upgraded into a new truck that I absolutely love. Both were personable, easy to get along with and talk to, and In every way made the experience an easy and pleasant one. Took my Yukon in for some manufacturer pain blemishes and they did a wonderful job correcting the issue and kept me updated on the progress throughout the job. Certainly recommend them for service on your GMC.

My salesman was excellent . Provided everything I asked for . The sale was flawless . When you have a survey that makes a person write more than what I want it?s ridiculous. You should have the freedom to keep it short and sweet .
