This truck has a jerk when changing gears sometimes. I enjoy the truck overall easy to handle and comfortable. Drive with ease sight is good when driving.

I live in Sioux Falls and recently purchased a 2022 Toyota Highlander from Walser. I had never purchased a vehicle before that I had not seen or driven. Phillip Sosin walked me through the steps needed to complete this process in a very thorough and polite manner. Not being a (techie) I was worried but everything worked out. I couldn't be more pleased with the vehicle other than I have yet to figure out all of the electronics which my grand kids have been helping me do. Phillip was wonderful through this entire process, he answered all of my questions and was in constant communication, even after the sales letting me know the status of the title transaction. 2021 GMC sierra 1500, 5.3, crew cab 4x4, 21000 miles. brakepad monitor lites up. dealership says needs brakes and rotors in back. one mo. on warranty. our rural roads dirty up the monitor. Needs new monitor. brakes look great to me. No noises. dealer says parts on order GM strike. Can't replace myself cause of computer...

If you're in the market for a new/used vehicle, I'd recommend you come here and talk to Thomas Lee. Truly the best car salesman I've ever worked with . . . and I've bought a car or two in my lifetime. He actually answers his cell phone and when he's not available, he does call/text you back. He answers all questions (no matter how big or small) and doesn't get annoyed. And he actually does what he says he's going to do, he doesn't just "blow smoke" to make the sale! Oh and you can tease with this guy. Very professional, yet still human and can take a joke! I had never purchased a vehicle here before this week and unless something changes or I can't get Thomas, he has all of my future business, hands down. (I only wish we had "found" him three months ago when my son also bought a new vehicle in Cloquet, MN and got bent over bad with that dealership . . . they are so dirty, they even made sure to take the google reviews down as fast as we put them up, because evidently the truth hurts. Day and night difference in the vehicle buying experience. They need to be shut down and sure wouldn't be missed when you can go to John Hirsch in Cambridge, MN and work with Thomas Lee!)

Best part of the sale was how they treated our kids from the salesman to Cierra talking with our kids on snocross. She gave our daughter pointers on racing and they must have worked, she placed 2nd in the next race. This means the world to us on how someone can take the time to talk with younger racers and help them. Our salesman was more than helpful, from making sure we where happy with the deal. Our son still talking about the Camaro that he took him to see. Honestly we felt like family threw out the whole experience. Never once felt push into the sale. Thank you to both of you!

The latch on the center console of my chevy Tahoe broke and needed replacement. The Service Dept.(Kris Hoffbeck) was very professional, polite and informative. He explained exactly what needed replacement and that I did not need to replace the entire lid but only the latch itself which saved me lots of money. The completed repair was excellent and very quick. I definitely will come back for future service.
