It is super easy to schedule an appointment. I was seen as soon as I drove up. I had purchased a Service Package so I didn't owe anything at this visit. The waiting area is comfortable with snacks and drinks for you. When they were finished I was provided with a video of the undercarriage of my car with a narration of what was done and how everything looked. Couldn't be happier with my visit.
