Not only did they have to repair a recent rift I had with other car salesmen in general, and a shotgunned credit app not days before, but they gained my confidence in the process, fully explained every aspect of the purchase, worked out details, options, and warranties, and wrapped up my loan in exactly the way I hoped they would. I recieved what I paid for and then some. They gave me a FANTASTIC trade in value for my Rouge, found something in my Wants vs. Needs category, and treated me like more than a lady and a customer, they treated me like an OWNER. Aaaaand then came time for the fastest in and out inspection process you have ever seen. When it comes to service, everything has been on point, and when I did have a break down and needed to use my warranty, they were SPOT ON. Everything was spectacularly clean, the people were friendly, again, treated like more than a customer. I WAS AN OWNER. They even helped me arrange all of the assistance I needed to get back and forth from the shop to the Good Samaritan, kept me cool with refreshments while I waited, and had a bad starter fixed in less than 24 hours of it coming in on a tow truck. Aaaaaand then the first oil change and rotation, which was a great deal less money than I expected to pay. I'm also working out a few kinks in the truck and the service AND the sales department went waaay out of their way to get these fixed for me. My 2022 GMC Sierra 3.0 Duramax pickup truck is a good truck. I work on a farm and I also drive an hour to see my girlfriend. For the farm, it has excellent towing capability and for the hour long drive to go see my girlfriend, depending on the weather for traveling, I can get up to 35 miles to the gallon!

Got the duramax diesel and getting 24 city and 32 highway is very good. Truck drives nice and is very comfortable. My 2 issues with this truck is the backup camera at night is useless (very dark) and interior lighting is not very good. You would have thought a 78k truck would have footwell lights, but it doesn’t.

Dalton was exceptionally good at his job and made our truck buying experience a breeze. My boyfriend and I recently purchased a 2012 Dodge Ram 2500 from Munsterman Automotive. We showed up at 5:30 pm (30 mins before they close), because we had been holding out on a different truck, but the dealer we had been previously working with kept dicking us around. We called Dalton around 5:00 pm and without hesitation he told us to come up and look at the truck. My boyfriend fell in love with it as soon as we took it for a test ride. Dalton was clear and honest about the flaws that the truck had, but offered solutions to all of them. We also had the pleasure of meeting Michael, who is the owner of the dealership. Both Dalton and Michael worked to get our monthly payments as low as possible with a reasonable interest rate, and they were able to get us the most out of our trade in as reasonably possible. They were very straight forward, and equally reasonable. We kept Dalton at the dealership for two additional hours and he maintained a positive and kind attitude the entire time. We didn't feel rushed or taken advantage of. They are a family owned business, and I highly recommend buying from Munsterman Automotive. They actually listen to your needs and value the relationship they build with their clients. Also, they were able to to get us a better deal than any other dealer offer we had previously dealt with. Am in disbelief every week at the Gas Pumps. Thou a big truck, mileage per gallons are 18 +. Last week it was 22.8. This week 19.78.

I purchased a new 2019 SLT with the X1 package. It has the Red Quartz Tintcoat paint. I usually never leave reviews, but honestly this is the most comfortable, nicest loking truck I've owned , and I've ownwd alot of them. The only issues I've had was the brake software was flawed, took it to the dealer on recall and they installed a new software patch, Other then that I love the styling, performance and the interior is very nice. No regrets

I have purchased two vehicles from these classy gents. They are very professional and helpful in time of need. In the past I became I'll, in fact bed ridden for a whole month. They understood and help me. When I purchased my two vehicles, I took them to my mechanic and they examined them bumper to bumper and if there was something wrong, Tod had it repaired. Those persons who complain about their vehicles, remember these are used vehicles and HAVE THEM CHECKED OUT BEFORE YOU BUY. GO TO YOUR MECHANIC LET THEM CHECK THEM OUT. Cars plus credit is a used car dealership better than most. Would buy a pair of shoes without trying them on. No you wouldn't. So be smart have your vehicle checked out by a reliable before you buy. Just bought my 2002 Sierra S. L. T. Only has 55000 miles 1 owner garage kept. Paid top dollar for it but was worth it. No Rust At all condition inside and out Is perfect Looks and drives like a brand new truck. We'll keep it forever.

I bought a 2019 GMC Sierra Elevation. I traded in a FULLY loaded 2015 Sierra SLT, that I was really sad to see go, but the Elevation really sold me on styling and ride quality. I lost a couple high end bells and whistles, but the overall performance and look of the truck make up for it big time!

Had a very good experience. Julio, our salesperson, was very personable and didn’t pressure at all. If I had it to do again I probably wouldn’t have purchased the extended warranty. I did find a problem with the passenger side sun visor but we will see if they can help me out with it. I love the vehicle.

This truck has a jerk when changing gears sometimes. I enjoy the truck overall easy to handle and comfortable. Drive with ease sight is good when driving.

I've dealt with better. Not completely negative of an experience. Not the best either. Their service dept seems to be slacking. How do you put a car on a lot for sale with a check engine light on? I can see when it was last cleared. Not very long before I bought it. Salesman trying to tell me the engine isn't getting up to temp because it's cold outside. No. It's a bad thermostat. Headlight wasn't plugged in. And WAAAAY out of alignment. Their cars are supposedly looked over with a xx point safety check. I doubt that. Looked over, cleared codes, topped up fluids. Put an oil change sticker on the window. But did they really? It looks clean so I assume so. The detailers did a FANTASTIC job!! This car was super clean!!

I bought my 2020 with 36k miles a couple of years ago and I now have 60k miles of trouble free very enjoyable driving. It was expensive, but worth every penny. The ride is so quiet and comfortable my wife and I prefer traveling in it instead of our 2018 Acura MDX which we also love. The 5.3 V8 has plenty of power and towing ability. The multi-function tail gate is genius, I hope to never be without one again. We so enjoy all the bells and whistles, especially the wireless phone charger. So glad I bought this truck!

2021 GMC sierra 1500, 5.3, crew cab 4x4, 21000 miles. brakepad monitor lites up. dealership says needs brakes and rotors in back. one mo. on warranty. our rural roads dirty up the monitor. Needs new monitor. brakes look great to me. No noises. dealer says parts on order GM strike. Can't replace myself cause of computer...

Waiting for the Refreshed 2022 AT4 was well worth it! With all the manufacturing issues today, building and shipping was slow, but understandable. Love the truck and the features! Fit is perfect and quality is #1. Pricing was too high but all vehicles are running this way. You get what you pay for and this truck is perfect! I have owned many trucks and this by far is the best. The latest features are beyond most other makes and GM has thought this truck through from front to rear.

handles and drives great, the electronics don't always work, mirrors don't always work, spray with wd 40, check engine light, EVAP culprit, auto nation has no luck with this, will drive it till the warrenty expires and its back to ford for me

I purchased pre-owned 2020 1500 SLT in February of this year. The truck rides comfortable and has plenty of room front and rear. My and I both enjoy it. My only drawback is the turn radius (lock to lock). It lacks compared to my wife's 2018 Yukon SLT, or the 2016 Ram I traded in. Have to many times maneuver twice to park it going forward or reverse. Otherwise happy with our purchase.

Good afternoon everyone, yes, I’m a lady and I’m an owner of a 2017 GMC Sierra 1500 Denali, it has a V8 motor fully loaded sunroof & also it has heated seats & steering wheel for the cold winter months & in those hot summer months you have A/C seats nothing better than that am I correct? It’s been times like that wouldnt trade for the world!! So for all you ladies who think BIG TRUCKS are just for men, go out there & buy one have them put on some electronic slide in/out rails & go out & show the shows the boss!! lol 😄 I’m out looking for a new one now either a 2500/3500 pearl white

Jerry P, Kyle and Greg normally take care of me [big shoutout of THANKS to them], but everyone that works in the car care area at the Lee's Summit Kia Cable Dahmer is amazing. I can't leave out the sweet woman who keeps the waiting area clean. She is so nice and ask how customers are as well. The sitting area is always stocked with great snacks/treats, water and coffee [no juice]. Everyone from the purchase of your car, greeted to get car service, waiting in sitting area, individuals who do your car care in the bay area, paying for your service and being walked to your cleaner washed car when time to leave are just AMAZING.
