Dan is superior sale is a lifetime relationship he?s the best I was able to trade in my car and purchase a new vehicle. I?ve done this five times with Dan. There?s nobody better in the business. Nobody if it wasn?t for Dan I wouldn?t know what to do.

No fuss no muss. I did my research before hand and it took a grand total of 2.5 hours and I was driving away in a Gladiator.

Sales process was very easy and quick. Sales, financing and service/parts department were all knowledgeable and helpful.

Very upset that when I bought my truck was never told I had to bye a oil treatment after 15000 miles witch cost me 89. Dollars on my next oil change to keep my oil changes for life I was not told that when I bought my truck I think that’s crap not happy about that and don’t intend on paying for the oil treatment.

I recommend Banks and especially our sales person Kevin Mathis! He was knowledgeable, personable, and efficient. We also had a great experience with his manager and finance manager. The experience of Mall of Georgia was seamless. Robert @ Mall of Georgia Mazda was no pressure salesperson. He took the time to connect with me and build rapport. He definitely delivered 1st class service and made my purchase experience comfortable. I highly recommend Robert as he reached out to check-in post the transaction to ensure everything was ok. The only downside to my transaction is that they did not inform Mazda Financial services that I traded in my lease which led to my account being placed in a past due status. This was 30 days after my trade in. Outside of this, the experience was stellar.

The services provided were good. The online transaction was not completed due to not receiving the final numbers and purchase order online. The salesman was good in communication, but the sales manager failed to provide the final price with the purchase order.

Very courteous and explained everything I needed to know. Purchased the car from Daniel who did a great job getting us on our way.

Overall good drove over three hours to arrive, pain that policy is they don?t accept checks or certified checks when purchasing outright. Did money transfer before leaving home and waited an hour at dealership for verification of transfer total four hours (ridicules). Other than that process was simple enough.

Service guy was friendly, they got my truck in right away. I am very pleased with the service!

All the service personnel at AutoNation are helpful problem solvers. My car had issues and they were resolved. However solving the initial issues brought out other issues which they looked deeper into. Once again they found the solution.
