Nice styling,interior has a new design dash which is beautiful and convenient,safety features and cameras are great and easy to used and the active cruise is awesome.

Very friendly, Fast Service also offer a uber to go home if you don't want to wait there. They have used cars in great condition

The mechanics or management can?t seem to find the problem so I won?t be taking back there for service. I will use another facility closer to where I reside. The salesman John Staten is the BEST!!! I look forward to doing business and making referrals to him.

I'm still giving 4 stars because the sales and finance guys did a good job. The buying process seemed to go smoothly but after we wrapped things up the salesman decided to have the car "wiped down". Unfortunately, in addition to wiping it down, someone decided that it would be a good idea to introduce a powerful chemical deodorant on the seatbelt and other places in the car. Normal car odors don't need to be covered up. They can be easily removed. The chemical deodorant is a much bigger problem. Despite multiple deep cleanings and ozone treatments, the powerful deodorant smell has not yet been eliminated.

After searching for a good month for a used vehicle I finally found a dealership that would work with me with my trade in value, Laurel Williams and the sales managers moved mountains for me trying to get into a vehicle I wanted. Jhonathan and his manager were seriously the best and friendliest salesman that I have ever had the pleasure of working with. When I buy a vehicle, I shop around for weeks/months. No one was willing to deal with what my main goal was and what I wanted and if they did, they were extremely rude and non personable. Had trouble getting my car after service. I was waiting on my car but they parked it in the lot. Had to wait 15 minutes for them to find it. Had my air filter replaced but they didn?t reset it.

I have visited this Carmax location several times over the years, but I?ve never actually bought from them. I appreciate their selection and no pressure process. If you prefer used cars like I do, it?s great to go to a Carmax and compare several makes and models in one place and get your trade appraised. This time around I worked with Harold Speights, who did a great job of finding the cars I was looking for. This is harder than it sounds - the cars don?t always get parked where they belong after a test drive, especially on a busy day, so he had to do a lot of walking around. We ended up unable to find the exact vehicles listed online, which is the reason this Carmax doesn?t get 5 stars. But Harold got me into the right things to try out. Once I narrowed down my interests after a few drives at a few different places, he texted me some stock numbers of cars at several Carmax locations with free transfers. I ended up preferring a different vehicle from a different dealer, but that?s not a knock on Carmax or Harold. Having the written appraisal in hand helped me get a better deal. If you are shopping for a used car, Carmax is a great place to go. Only thing I?d change is that Carmax could do a better job tracking where the vehicles are on the lot.
