Our Epace was nearing its lease end and we reached out to Abraham to set a time to get an assessment to decide our best option. We noticed an FPace in the showroom and Abraham let us test drive. We asked about pricing so Abraham got Daniel involved and presented us some incentives, as far as, taking car of our last payments, financing rates, and other dealer incentives. Had trouble getting my car after service. I was waiting on my car but they parked it in the lot. Had to wait 15 minutes for them to find it. Had my air filter replaced but they didn?t reset it.

Had a great experience with Wesley, as they needed to do some warranty work and also a few other things on my vehicle. The parts for warranty were being ordered, so he was able to complete the other work, and let me have my vehicle back for the weekend!!

I was concerned and very disappointed that there were no loaner cars available when I delivered my vehicle for warranty service. This was alarming, especially when it was determined that the items needed for the repairs were on extended backorder. Beck & Masten did make good on the situation by paying the cost of a rental car. The service personnel did a great job in keeping me updated, throughout the process.

The actual service and customer service was excellent but the timing of the service was a little too long. I came in for an oil change and it took me an hour and thirty minutes. I had an appointment was checked in 15 minutes before appointment time. But overall I would definitely recommend this location because they have great customer service and servicing.

My experience getting my car repaired was excellent. Although it took a while to get it done, they did an excellent job and provided me with a very nice loaner car. The repair required work to the transmission, and it was done well and under warranty.
