From the salesman to the financial department each person took time to make sure you understood exactly what was happening. He answered my questions in a timely manner and made the experience simple and hassle free. The vehicle price was straightforward with no haggling required. I felt like I received a very fair trade in on my truck.

Overall good drove over three hours to arrive, pain that policy is they don?t accept checks or certified checks when purchasing outright. Did money transfer before leaving home and waited an hour at dealership for verification of transfer total four hours (ridicules). Other than that process was simple enough.

Best kind of dealership. No pressure sales and mindful of your needs as a customer. We will definitely be repeat customers.

Everything was great from a service prospective. Took off a star for the 3% credit card fee. Service is not cheap at the dealer and to tack on an extra 3% is unnecessary. In addition I have a GM credit card and to charge an extra 3% at the dealer pretty much makes the card useless. I?ll probably just cancel it
