I recently visited Tasha Buick dealership to check out a car that I viewed online. As soon as we arrived, someone was there opening the door for us to enter. The sales manager. Dillon greeted us and then turned us over to Sean to discuss the vehicle. Everyone was very courteous, and Sean was especially helpful explaining in detail information on the car with us and we ended up purchasing the Buick that day. Great dealership and it was nice not to have to deal with the pressure that we received while visiting other dealerships in Clearwater. I highly recommend this dealership. Their service is great.

Service dept is great. Been taking my vehicle there since I bought in 2020. Wouldn’t trust anyone else. Mike in service is awesome. This week, at Regal Lakeland, I had a commendable buying experience thanks to an exceptional salesman, Victor Estrada. His integrity, relatability, and advocacy resulted in my wife getting the exact car she wanted at a very fair price. After test driving this specific Honda CRV model at 4 other dealerships, I was getting annoyed at hearing the same sales tactics and cliches over and over again. By contrast, it was refreshing to meet Victor when my wife and I walked into his office. He was a good listener and paid close attention to my wife's priorities before her test drive. He was also patient in explaining, in layman's terms, some of the advanced safety features this car was equipped with. She was impressed with this CPO car. Victor was able to secure a fair price on a fine vehicle that should last for years. Regal Lakeland will be my first stop when replacing my vehicle next year.
