I was looking for a vehicle that would last me at least 7 years and be very dependable and versatile. I looked at Buick, Chevrolet, Jeep, GMC, Honda, and Acura. After much research and dealer shopping, I decided to buy from Buerkle Acura in Brooklyn Park. I met with a salesman Dennis Andrews. He was VERY helpful answering my questions and was very knowledgeable of the Acura vehicles. After some serious thinking, I decided on the 2015 Acura MDX. Dennis was very helpful with deciding which options (extras) to pick from, without ANY pressure and quick at getting the purchase written up and ready for the financing team. Dennis also called me a few days after my purchase, and told me if I had ANY concerns or questions to not hesitate to contact him. I have had the vehicle for a few weeks now and I am SO glad I chose the MDX. I could not be happier with Dennis, and Buerkle Acura. My wife has also purchased a Acura TSX from Buerkle Acura.

We drove two states over to McKenzie Buick GMC in Milton, FL to meet with Nick and make a purchase on our new Yukon Denali. Customer service was top notch. We were going for their 2019 Yukon Denali to replace a 2008 Tahoe LTZ. We are very pleased with the vehicle. The upgrades are wonderful. Love the cooling seats, the wifi, the HUD and even days after our purchase they have reached out to check on how we were and mailed us a small gift that meant so much. Purchased new in October 2024. Total miles driven 9,276. Just completed a 4,734.2 mile trip through 9 states. Just a pleasure to drive. My wife and I were on the road 16 days, with only 8 driving days, longest day was 674 miles. Average driving speed was about 72+ miles per hour. Seat comfort was amazing, no discomfort, great considering having 4 back surgeries. Very solid on the road with little or no driving fatigue. Performance was great. Of the total miles, about 500 were in town driving and 300 miles was in 4x4 in a snow storm coming across Northern Texas in April. Average MPG was 26.4 with my best 500mile drive at 33mpg. The diesel engine is very quiet requiring me to check the tach sometimes to be sure I had pressed the off button. Very quiet on the road as well. This is my first diesel and I would highly recommend it. Plenty of power, great fuel economy, quiet and very responsive when you need that quick acceleration. amazingly nimble for a big SUV. The adaptive cruise works great. My previous GMC was a 2009, 6.2L V8 Yukon XL. I drove that one 140K miles over 14 years with nothing but routine maintenance, a great vehicle as well. I contacted Luther Cadillac thru Cars.com. A representative contacted me within a few mins but I changed my mind about the car and didn't have any more contact with this dealer.

Excellent and reliable, only thing buyers have to do is buy a AFM disabler that you can stick into OBD2 port to avoid lifter failure (longer story, nobody wants a V8 to run in V4)

I purchased to replace a 2017 Tahoe that I loved. Love this vehicle even more. Magnetic ride control, additional safety features the Tahoe did not have are great. Heated steering wheel a great feature. Heated AND cooled seats, will never be without again. Additional power of the Denali 6.2L vs. the 5.3L engine in the Tahoe is impressive. Bose sound system is outstanding.

Best part of the sale was how they treated our kids from the salesman to Cierra talking with our kids on snocross. She gave our daughter pointers on racing and they must have worked, she placed 2nd in the next race. This means the world to us on how someone can take the time to talk with younger racers and help them. Our salesman was more than helpful, from making sure we where happy with the deal. Our son still talking about the Camaro that he took him to see. Honestly we felt like family threw out the whole experience. Never once felt push into the sale. Thank you to both of you!

I bought this 2017 Tahoe w LT trim new. Have 60K on it now and have had no issues with it. We are not towing with it or doing high speed racing so we find the 5.3L Motor is smooth and quiet (and have not had any lifter issues which others have reported). Transmission and suspension also smooth. We keep Michelins on all our vehicles and have found this Tahoe very quiet and comfortable for road trips with 4-6 people and luggage. The LT trim pkg deleted some comfort items I wish I had (like heated steering wheel) but it still is pretty much leather-and-loaded so it was a good value at the time. I have had Suburbans for 35yrs before purchasing this Tahoe and I will probably go back to a Suburban for the extra cargo space when I trade this Tahoe in. But this has been a nice and reliable vehicle for us. No complaints.

As usual, Brad and Tom (service writers) took excellent care of me and the shop took good care of my truck. Once again service was timely and fair. Even though I'm retired now and not driving much, me and my 20 year old Avalanche still get treated like I did when I was working, putting 75,000 miles a year on my Ryan purchased Chevys. I never hesitate to recommend Ryan Auto Mall to anyone!

Love the VW brand and model line up so I was a very easy sale. My husband and I ended up purchasing 2 vehicles from Brookdale and couldn't be happier. Andrew Geston was a fabulous sales rep. By far and away better than others we met at a different VW dealership. Had a minor interior issue fixed and the service dept was awesome. The facility is extremely clean and everyone is very friendly and professional. Would recommend Brookdale and Andrew to anyone looking for a great car buying process!

My wife and I came in to look at two vehicles. We were surprised that the General Manager was the one to greet us while I was looking under the first vehicle. Steve was very polite and introduced himself and asked what they could do to help. We had a short conversation and then he grabbed a sales associate, Nick, and both were very accommodating and patient with our inquiries about the used vehicles. They provided hard copies of everything from the Carfax to their own vehicle inspection report for us to review. They were also accommodating while we left to discuss and then came back to have an offsite third-party pre-purchase inspection done on one of the vehicles. We came back with no real issues and closed the sale. We were even the last ones out the door a few minutes after hours. Both Steve and Nick were both there to see us off in our new, to us at least, vehicle. Would defiantly not hesitate to look at Walser again as the service earned my repeat business.

I brought my car in to have a TPMS sensor replaced and to have my battery inspected. TPMS sensor was replaced. After inspection, my rear battery was replaced. Service manager charged me $430 for both services, which I paid. Service appointment seemed to take longer than it should have but the necessary work was completed.

Made appointment online for my diesel truck for emissions warning light. I pulled in for my appointment and was told they don?t have anyone available to work on a diesel for at least a week. ( I live a 100 miles away and I made an appointment) i did end up going home (100 miles) and coming back the next day and drop the truck off. (I was not happy about driving it another 200 miles not knowing if it would cause more damage.) I started working with the service tech Eric and Corey came out of his office and was fantastic. He had Eric check the codes and advise me of what could happen driving it home and back. It was inconvenient but they got my diesel fixed. I picked up my diesel and dropped my 1500 off for repairs and then had recalls done on my Tahoe.

Rode nice, comfortable, excellent condition interior and exterior. Nice after market feature, single owner (professionals), would make a great graduation present. Must see and test drive.
