I love my car. I love the way it handles, and the confidence I have in it when I’m on the road. The room in it is fantastic. All the room I need for when we travel.

I actually sent my 17yo son to get the new key fob (that we obviously waited a very long time to get), and have it synced up with our '11 Elantra. He had no problems communicating with the service staff, despite his Autism Spectrum "Specialness." They made him feel comfortable, explained everything to him, and treated him like any other customer. I truly appreciate that the service people can give a great experience to everyone!

Ordered a 2023 GMC Yukon XL Denali Diesel 4 wheel drive in March of 2023. Took GM 5 months to pick up the order even though I adjusted a few minor options that were on constraint to have the order picked up (these were items I could purchase the parts and have the dealer install such as illuminated GMC emblem, Denali door sills, illuminated GMC cargo sill, cross rails for roof carrier). I wanted the diesel for the mileage and longevity. I am very satisfied with everything with the vehicle so far. Ordered the 20 inch rims/tires for a better ride. The ride quality is remarkable, so smooth. I drive a combination city/rural each day and I average 25 or more MPG. I have 9000 miles on it so far, and not one single issue with it. It is smooth, quiet, and and packed with technology. Goes through the snow with no problem. I have had 7 Suburbans, Yukon XL's and Escalades and in the past, full size Cadillac Broughams, and this is the best riding vehicle out of all of them. I am very satisfied. The only issue is the price has gone through the roof to purchase new. The Suburban and Yukon XL used to be more affordable new. My previous 2015 GMC Yukon XL Denali has an engine issue (camshaft issue even though the oil was changed at the dealer every 3K miles) at 165K miles and I had to trade it in quickly, so the dealer took it on trade when I ordered the 2023, and they wholesaled it. I was not going to buy another one with the 6.2 liter engine again.I really hope the diesel will go for many miles and years, and so far this vehicle has had no problems what so ever. Very glad I made the decision to try it again with the diesel engine this time. If the diesel was not available I would not have bought another GM full size SUV. Classic Painesville Ohio is the best to work with for sales, service and parts. They kept me posted throughout the purchase process and were very fair with the amount for the trade in and purchase price for the new vehicle.

I stopped by after finding a car on-line and felt very welcome from the moment I walked in the door. The whole staff made sure that I had everything I needed. They offered the car for a test ride and there was no pressure to purchase the car. I really appreciated how they go about working with the buyer. There are many things to mention. To begin, I've been looking for for a vehicle, new or used, the last two months throughout eastern WI. Mine was totaled in an accident, so this wasn't an impulse purchase by any means. The car market is crazy, and not in a good way. I was greeted at the door, door opened, and referred to a sales person, Kara Homan. No exaggeration, I wasn't greeted at any dealership the last two months, but instead had to hunt people down to inquire about purchasing. I wanted to test drive a Chevy Spark and was in a car within 15 minutes. No sale was made at that time, wanting to visit a few more places. After pondering over dinner, I went back to Bergstrom Appleton to buy the vehicle. The final price was acceptable and Kara started the paperwork process. I think it took 30-45 minutes and done. A new Chevy Spark owner was born. Maybe I should have started with Bergstrom first and it wouldn't have taken two months! In addition, my vehicle was delivered to my home in my driveway 70 miles from the dealership. The drivers were very nice and professional. Overall, this was the best experience with buying a vehicle - ever.

I drove 4 hours to purchase my Bronco from Lenz. I had test driven a couple in the past few years and knew the exact model and trim I wanted. Overall, Lenz, was easy to work with. Disappointment came: (1) I brought concerns to the dealer after my test drive letting them know a low windshield washer fluid light had come on, and that my coolant level was well below the minimum (2) chip in windshield that was not previously disclosed Unfortunately, I was told nothing could be done about the windshield because it had already been repaired once… and they said they “filled” the fluids. To be fair, we did negotiate money off for the windshield. However, within minutes of signing my paperwork and leaving the dealership, the low fluid light came back on. I was already started on my way home and honestly didn’t want to deal with it. When I got home, I ended up filling the windshield washer fluid with an entire gallon, and had to top off the coolant. Additionally, I noticed the tires were way over-inflated on the passenger side. These are small things, yes; however it makes me wonder what other simple corners were cut just to make a deal. Do yourself a favor - take that inspection list and go over each and every item that you can before you make your purchase. Also - major kudos to Mike B (I was not his client) who took the time to tell me all about the Ford Pass, connecting my car to all of the technology, and spoke to me for quite some time about my new Bronco and genuinely seemed excited about my purchase. He spoke to me with respect and honor, and didn’t try to speak down to me or over me. I have to wonder how different my purchasing experience would be had I worked with him.

I'd highly recommend Lenz ad especially Mike if you are the least bit interested in a used truck. I was treated great, and the transaction went extremely smooth!
