I just purchased a 2024 Yukon Denali XL. This is my 3rd Yukon. So needless to say I am sold on this style of vehicle. The style and comfort are impeccable. Had a 2009, 2019 and now a 2024 XL. Never had any problems.

John Gillespie was great to work with. No pressure at all. Gave me a fair price on my trade in. He was very helpful. The buying process was easy. Justen work with us, got all paper work together for us to sign very quickly. Everyone we came in contact with were very friendly. Great place to buy a car or truck.

Dealing with Terry made our experience a pleasant one. He is honest and knowledgeable. - Not pushy. He patiently explained all the features and "extras" the vehicle has! Worked with Cosmin on a used Porsche Cayenne. Very friendly and professional salesman with a no-xx attitude. Didn't leave me waiting around excessively during price negotiation, and was willing to work with me to find a deal I was happy with. Just bought my second truck from MTH at the Forest Lake location. Jamie is a special breed of a person!! Not only did her and Rook take amazing care of me through the whole process, the whole staff including the young man who was detailing my truck were wonderful! The salesman was very helpful throughout the process of looking for a car, test driving, and making the final purchase. Very nice professional staff there. I had some payment issues with my bank and they were very supportive while I worked out a solution to that. Great team!

Was able to schedule service in advance, vehicle was accepted on time and took a reasonable amount of time to complete the service. Service department facilities were clean and had fresh coffee and comfortable seats for waiting.

My wife and I came in to look at two vehicles. We were surprised that the General Manager was the one to greet us while I was looking under the first vehicle. Steve was very polite and introduced himself and asked what they could do to help. We had a short conversation and then he grabbed a sales associate, Nick, and both were very accommodating and patient with our inquiries about the used vehicles. They provided hard copies of everything from the Carfax to their own vehicle inspection report for us to review. They were also accommodating while we left to discuss and then came back to have an offsite third-party pre-purchase inspection done on one of the vehicles. We came back with no real issues and closed the sale. We were even the last ones out the door a few minutes after hours. Both Steve and Nick were both there to see us off in our new, to us at least, vehicle. Would defiantly not hesitate to look at Walser again as the service earned my repeat business.

Mitchell Buick GMC staff is amazing - listened to and noted all my requirements, then exceeded them, negating the deal was easy and we were both happy with the deal. I had numerous 'must haves' requirements for my next car which included a white interior and NO sunroof(s). Mitchell found my dream car home and had me driving it home in just two days.

Our Canyon was serviced quickly and came back working very well. There were a couple of issues with the truck that couldn't be handled right away, but we were provided with an appointment to bring the truck back to have the issues diagnosed and hopefully fixed, but if all the parts weren't in stock, we would have a call when they did come in and then we'd have the issues fixed. Much better service than the prior dealership we had bought the vehicle from.

We bought a LYRIQ this weekend. Our salesman was Martin He was awesome in his knowledge of the EV we purchased. It was delivered by Martin Saturday evening. Sunday morning we couldn’t get it to start(our stupidity) not knowing it starts when you don’t even it’s started. Martin was kind enough to come over Sunday morning to help us. We were so appreciative. Also “Coach “ gave us excellent info on how the car operates and help w getting a charger put in our garage. In the end we were extremely satisfied. So 5 out of 5 stars !!! I had a minor repair (windshield fluid tank) that was a $98 part and $300 labor. Explaining it would be difficult to pay the labor, the Service Dept. connected me to the Body Shop whose labor was considerably less. The Receptionist went above and beyond to get me Shuttled from and back to the shop during the repair. It makes a difference when people do their jobs with excellent service which is what happened for me.
