I contacted Christopher over the phone based on his excellent reviews and set up an appointment and from that point forward I was extremely impressed with Christopher's communication, honesty, product knowledge and professionalism. On the second contact both my daughter and her husband were able to be there and they too were very impressed and satisfied and they purchased the vehicle. Christopher is very detailed to make sure all steps of the purchase and delivery process were completed including a tour of the dealership service department and introduction with the Service Manager and Service Advisor. All other employees we encountered at the dealership were also very friendly and efficient - finance, sales manager, cashier and other sales staff. We managed to come to an agreement and purchased the car we wanted. There was not much negotiation, but the car was well priced to begin with. We agreed to pay $500 additional in order to drive the car away and have our mechanic inspect it. We got a week to report any issues and could return the car for a full refund if not satisfied by any necessary repairs. Ultimately the car checked out and the only problem was a piece of windshield trim that flew off on the way home. We negotiated a $200 refund and got the repair done by our mechanic so we didn’t have to drive the car back to the dealer. So far, so good.

Our Chevy equinox stopped running...we didn't buy it from Mora Chevrolet...we got to their dealership and they scanned it and found the issue and fixed it in less than 45 minutes...and they were gracious and kind....lovely people...great service....thanks Mora Chevrolet....you are tops..Jerry and Joy Novak

I had the some problem with Labadie Buick Cadillac in Bay City - made all arrangements and drive 36 miles got there and a couple grabbed it out ..after all the promises from sales the night before that they would be waiting for me. bad bad bad policy

Saw truck on their website it was reasonably priced and looked very clean. Drove hour and half to get there was not dissapointed. Merlin was great to deal with upfront and honest. Facilities were very nice and clean. Buying process was simple and easy unlike big dealerships. Truck runs great will return when looking for another vehicle. Friendly courtious customer service! Many have complimented truck asking where we found such a great looking used truck. Burkholder Truck Sales is the place to go for used vehicles!
