Worked with Cory Fuhrman. He's knowledgeable & honest. We looked at Fords and Kias. He understood that I had to have a great fit for my back. We didn't buy from Dorsch, but it was because another car had a seat that worked better for me. Go buy a car from him!
Got there and looked at the truck. Sales person didn't have a clue about any of the details on or about the truck when I asked him questions. The questions he did answer he seemed unsure about. Was good that even though he didn't know the answer for a question he was willing to go AMD find someone who might know the answer. Paperwork went pretty quick. They weren't really willing to budge on price even though I had driven about hour and a half to get there. They did a poor job on detailing car after I made the purchase. Basically all they did was wash the car and a poor job of vacuuming. There was still dog hair on the back seats from previous owner maybe. Also center console had dirty stains they didn't even bother to clean up. Was just a hurry to get out after buying car. Probably would never go back there.
I walked in and was looking to test drive a Mazda 3 after doing some research online into what I wanted my first car to be. I was impressed with the experience I had, as I had no idea what to expect through the process of buying a car. Lane was patient and worked with me to find the car that best fit my needs and my budget, as I started looking at new cars, then moved to the used ones as we worked out the math on payments and my budget. I didn???t feel any pressure from the staff to buy now, they gave me all of the time I needed to make the decision.
I felt like my car was serviced properly and ready for the winter months ahead. It was easy to make an appointment and although there was a long line of cars at drop off time my appointment time was honored. Waiting room was spacious, clean and comfortable.
Had to wait one hour and 20 minutes for oil change and tire rotation. I had to pickup my wife and was late. It would have been nice to know how long it was going to take. Was told after the fact they were short of help. Nice touch on the free car wash.
The service person was preparing to leave for the day when he was asked if he could check the tire pressure. What we thought was just adding air turned into an actual tire problem. Mike worked on finding the problem and then stayed with it until it was fixed. He went beyond the "call of duty"!
As always everyone is friendly and helpful...from the Service department to Sales. It was time to retire our 2005 Outback and had decided on a new Outback. Lane was very helpful explaining all the new features of the 2019 models. Very accommodating. Nicholas took care of the finance side of things, took his time explaining the warranties, ResistAll and the Titanium protection plan. Everything was smooth and professional. We had bought our last Outback here used, and the service then was top notch as well. The Service Department has always treated use well. Parts Department, friendly and willing to answer all questions. Thank You All !!!
Very nice to work with. I am a first time buyer from then. I have had Chevrolet be for and they have been great I hope this Equinox will be the same way. Time will tell. I have had it for only 4 hours so far.

There brand new dealership building in Oconto was is bright, cheerful and clean. Sue Neubert has great customer service and made the process of picking out a vehicle simple and easy. On the finical end they came up with and easy payment option that fit into my budget. I was on my way with my second new Chevy Equinox 2014, previously 2011, in no time in no time at all. I will continue to buy all my vehicles there in the future.
