We had been shopping around for a newer used car so knew exactly what we wanted. After visiting several dealers who were more than dishonest with us, we ended up at Unlimited in Elwood. It was so refreshing to deal with honest people, Duane and Mike, who answered all our questions without any BS. There was an issue with the car we wanted, which was known, and they worked with us to get it repaired. The only negative was that the car was originally on their Noblesville lot and in the change, the 2nd key couldn't be found. Overall, I highly recommend this dealer for its honest and easy to work with salesmen, clean showroom, and professionalism!

The first time we stopped at Kokomo Auto World we had not yet decided what vehicle we wanted. Andrew Bedwell answered all our questions and provided us with information to help in our decision. At no time did we feel pressured into making a quick decision. After deciding on the vehicle we wanted he and other employees made the purchase go quickly, and we were not pressured to buy other products or services. As described and amazing car. Would be nice that it would have a small spare tire of sort but still an amazing vehicle and safety as 1st priority.

Justin Messersmith was fantastic. I arrived at the dealership at 5 o'clock on a Friday afternoon (of the 4th of July weekend), and Justin came and welcomed me and listened to what I was looking for. I was looking at small SUV and Justin was very knowledgeable about the CR-V we looked at first. We took it for a test drive and I was impressed with the CR-V. By the time we got back it was 6 o'clock (closing time), I said I would come back tomorrow to look. Justin offered to let me take the car overnight to check the CR-V better. I took the vehicle home and when I returned on Saturday, I was greeted by Justin in the parking lot. I test drove the Rav4 and decided on leasing the CR-V. It took awhile in financing due to so many people buying vehicles that day, by the time I was done it was past closing hours, but Justin was still there waiting to make sure I had no other questions before I left. I truly appreciate all the extra time the Justin spent with me. I would say overall it was the best car buying experience I have had. Will definitely recommend Kokomo Auto World to anyone wanting to buy a vehicle.

My husband and I have purchased all of our vehicles and motorcycles at TNT Auto with the exception of one. With more than one location made it easy. If they didn't have what we wanted, they would find it. Everyone that works at TNT are pleasant and down to earth. They do everything to work with you to find that vehicle and very helpful when it comes to financing and making sure vehicles do not leave the lot with any major issues. Safety is a big part of their business. When it comes to trade-ins, they are very fair. All the dealers have a wonderful personality and make you feel comfortable, not to mention they are up front and don't hide anything. Honesty with this dealership has always been great and gets us in just to say hello. They make you feel welcome. They do check back and make sure that you are happy with what you bought and if you have any problems. They take that extra step to make you feel good about them. Shane and Larry have wonderful personalities and they are at the Boulevard location in Kokomo. I needed a car with an automatic transmission because my knee was getting worse. I had a 2011 Cruze with a manual transmission and liked it but I traded it in for a 2019 Cruze. Going on six years now and I don't want another vehicle. Reliable? Very. I don't drive like a maniac and I keep up with maintenance. My usb port went kaput but I replaced it myself. My phone would not connect to the infotainment system. I fixed that by removing the fuse to the radio while it was on then turning off the car and then plugging it back in. It rebooted the system. I garage my Cruze and watch where I park it, so no dents anywhere. I intend to keep this car for as long as possible.

This things fits EVERYTHING! I purchased this preowned back in 2021 with 48k miles on it. With 4 years of ownership and only 13k miles later, I’ve only ever had to keep up with maintenance including a set of new tires and one recall. Last summer I did notice some plastic paneling in the rear rattling that drove me nuts but haven’t heard it since so let’s hope it doesn’t start anew. With it being so cheap to maintain and the fact it sips gas, I have a hard time finding a justifiable reason to upgrade!

Thoroughly reliable diesel automobile. Steady fwy driving will get you 45 mpg. Nice not to have to change spark plugs. Likely not a great choice in subzero weather.

Call Adam Richardson! I will never go to another dealership again. I live 3 hours away in the Chicagoland suburbs. I was looking for a very specific Subaru and had visited several local dealerships. The price point was a little high and the customer service at all the dealerships were lacking. As if the cars will sell themselves. Not at Kokomo. I contacted them via email and immediately Adam Richardson called me back. Answered every question or concern I had. And sent me a personal video tour of inside and outside of the vehicle being honest about every single detail about the car so there would be no surprises when I arrived. They gave me top dollar for my trade in and worked out all financing, details and negotiations before I even arrived so I did not wast my time. Their price was the lowest in a 200 mile radius and had the most features on the car. Adam was absolutely amazing to work with. Went completely above and beyond for me. This is how all dealerships should be. Andrew and Christ helped out in the financial aspect and got me an amazing interest rate. I couldn’t have asked for better service than what I received there all around. No high pressure. Treated me and my family as if we were their family. So glad we made the drive out there. CarPlay, turbocharged engine, compact, easy parking (that's a big deal in LA!). It's easy to why there's a whole community around the obsession with the Golf!

Ford had a great idea in the C-Max hybrid. So many places we travel don’t have the plug ins for electric. We have many trips with 40+ to 50 mpg. Ford missed the mark when they discontinued manufacturing the C-Max. Bring back the car and make us look toward the future !

As a BMW driver for decades (318i, 328i), I reluctantly switched to Tesla when the Model S became the first practical EV. I wanted to drive electric more than I wanted to be loyal to (IMHO) the best line of sedans and coupes on the planet. I loved the S, too, but after 12 years it was having problems, support was rotten, and it was time for a replacement. Fortunately, all the manufacturers have EVs now. Although I test drove several other makes, I was delighted to see that the BMW i4 was my favorite. When it started to look like tariffs were going to increase prices, I abbreviated my search and went for the Bimmer. By chance, the dealer had a 2024 shop loaner available with low mileage and a lower price than a brand new 2025 so I leased it. (Incidentally, it was less expensive in absolute dollars than the Model S was in 2012!) I'm glad I "pulled the trigger" when I did and I love the car. Handling is excellent. It "feels like" a BMW despite slightly lighter steering than my last 328. It's feature-rich and I'm still learning the ancillary controls. I'm OK with CarPlay although Tesla's own infotainment system is better. The driver assist is good and automatic stop/start in heavy traffic is a joy although I still prefer steering myself under better conditions. I think most BMW drivers will feel likewise. I haven't used self-parking other than a demo in the dealer's lot but I promise to try it. I don't expect to need a lot of service - it's an EV - but at least BMW takes phone calls! The cell phone app is better than Tesla's and it's NOT the only way to schedule service. My only real objection is the location of the charge port at right-rear which will make it awkward to use short-corded Tesla Superchargers even once BMW concludes a deal with Tesla. The i4 has more "hard" controls - which I prefer for eyes-on-the-road driving - than Model S but its voice recognition commands are more limited. Its navigator has the same voice as Model S but gives more frequent bum steers. All in all, I'm very glad I made the switch. And I didn't give money to the Little Dictator who works for the Big Dictator!
