To me these reviews all sound like everyone wants what they want this is a business that’s selling used cars a tip to help new buyers. You are given a 500 mile or 15 day warranty take the car you buy down to the original dealership or any mechanic have them do a over all inspection if anything is wrong with the car that the warranty covers take it back to the place you bought it from and they are legally obligated to fix it at their expense not yours because it falls under the warranty also make sure you buy GAP INSURANCE AND ANY OTHER EXTENDED WARRANTIES REMEMBER THIS IS YOUR MONEY AND INVESTMENT!!!!! Hope that helps anyone out on here or anyone looking for a car. I AM NOT A LAWYER & THIS INFORMATION IS BASED ON A PERSONAL EXPERIENCE…..

but I loved this 2018 Mazda 3 HB so much, I kept it for myself! We needed a hatchback with good mileage & reasonable insurance rates for our college bound daughter. We drove just about every low - mid range hatchback out there: Ford Focus, Hyundai Elantra GT, VW Golf etc. The Mazda 3 was not even on our radar. We just happened to see one at a car lot while test driving a Honda Fit. We really liked the look, so we took it for a spin. It was fabulous! Now to be clear, I'm NOT your typical small car guy. I've been driving a Suburban & Ford Flex Limited for the past 20 years. But this little car blew me away. Much more comfortable than any of the others we'd driven. It seemed to have more power/speed. It handled like a dream. The brakes were super. The interior was so much nicer than the others & it was loaded with option like heated seats, BLIS, power leather driver seat, moonroof, back up cam, navigation and a crisp & loud Bose sound system. The road noise was minimal. We bought it on the spot & plan to buy another one - for her -soon. Absolutely love this car. I didn't care for the radio controls (by shifter) at first - but now I don't think I'd have it any other way. Just a great little car! Averaging 32mpg combined.

Was very happy with my visit. Service was fast, they were able to get me into a rental fast and easy and car was ready next day!. Rocket was a very member that assisted me. I’ll be back!

I have enjoyed my 2022 Honda Civic. The ride is great, it has enough performance to get around traffic when needed. The only draw back is there have been several recalls for different issues but over all it has been a great call

Beyond Excellent communication. Justin was helping me and they even made a personalized walk around video of the vehicle I was interested in. Ultimately, the vehicle was located too far for me to get but I can tell the buying experience would have been phenomenal!

I purchased a used 2022 Polestar 2 about 10 months ago. I have a PHEV Honda Clarity and I wanted to go all EV. The Polestar 2 has been a great car to own; it is very low maintenance, comfortable for tall drivers and passengers under 6 ft in height; the over the air updates are good, and we should be getting a NACS adapter in August 2024. I recommend the Polestar 2.

It be of no secret that the Germans are behind the production of the MINI Brand. The fit and finish, drive, engineering and even smell are all very much in tune with the Brand's Ownership. The drive and sheer joy one feels from driving one of these products makes you feel like a kid again, playing with their favorite toy after a day of school. There are bigger and more expensive offerings to choose but none have the character or joy of ownership of a MINI.

Purchased a 2021 sedan premium plus turbo AWD in 2022 with 11,000 miles. THE BAD: At 17,000 miles I discovered the front end would wobble when I applied the brakes. I was told by the dealer that I needed front and rear rotors and that the cost would be $1,000. When I asked why I needed brakes at only 17K miles I was told it was because the rotors must have gotten wet when I drove through a puddle when they were hot. Really? He obviously thought I was an idiot. It ended up costing me $600 to have a local shop do the work including an upgrade on the quality of the original factory rotors and pads. At 29,000 miles the car left me stranded in a parking lot when the battery died. A replacement battery cost me $280. At 30,000 miles the original manufacturer tires were badly worn and needed to be replaced (and yes I rotate them in fact EVERY oil change as opposed to every other). I purchased 4 Michelin tires which cost me $1,200. Also at 30K miles a rock came up from the road and cracked my windshield causing me to spend my deductible to have it fixed ($500). Nobody's fault I understand, just one more expense with so few miles.I have also noticed that I often get a "safety and driver support systems temporarily disabled" notice. It seems to be random but is annoying nonetheless. Shouldn't be happening at 32K miles. At 29K miles I apparently hit a pothole and the front rim was badly bent. The cost to straighten the rim was $140. The lane departure safety feature is annoying. Every time I even begin to leave my lane it violently pulls me back. Even when I need to go around an object in the road it pulls me back. Also, the tone associated with lane departure only works when it fells like it which is probably a good thing. Another issue is that it takes forever for the interior to get warm in the winter and cool in the summer. The car needs to warm up for at least 15 minutes before the temperature gets where I need it to be. The problem with that is that when using the remote start through the Mazda App, it only allows the car to run for 10 minutes. Also, you can't make any adjustments to the temperature from the app. ... THE GOOD: This vehicle is a blast to drive! It sounds great and it has plenty of power and I am still in love with the exterior appearence. The interior is done so well and as YouTube car reviewers say, "it's a great place to be". It has every option I would every want except for wireless Apple car play. It handles great and the AWD seems to work really well in slippery conditions. Currently I am at a crossroads. Do I sell my Mazda3 while the value is still high and get something else or do I keep it and hope nothing else goes wrong? I really like the car but I want to love it. One issue is the fact that when I purchased it I got 2.9% financing. I would be lucky to get 6.9% with todays rates. Also, if I sold it what the xxxx would I buy that has all of these features, a turbo engine and AWD that wouldn't cost me $35-$45K?!

I traded in a 2017 Honda CR-V Touring because it was going to to cost more to fix the major issues (as a second owner I did not know the CR-V had that many things wrong). I put money down on the Civic Sport that I was going to use for the repairs. I do have to say it's a nice car and I hope it will last longer than I expect. That being said I didn't want to buy another Honda but I did go to a dealership that I trust more than anybody else. I will come back and further my review once I have 5,000 miles on it.

I took my XC60 Recharge in for it annual maintenance and explained I was having trouble with the heater in the pure drive mode. Just said he knew what the problem was and would take a look. the 2022 car was still under warranty and they were able to replace the parts and fix the problem as well as do the annual maintenance. This is the third time I've had the car into their service shop and I've always been quite satisfied. They have a very nice waiting room, so bring you phone and/or computer. Geoff Durango Colorado

I rented the polestar 2 for about a month while my car was getting fix wow mind blowing of all the furures and also visted the dealer as well and did some test driving and learning of thr car and pricing of the 2023 I will purchase one very soon. Only flaw is the electricity of the amount of money spent yes I did ran it hard a few times its a classic in a class by itself love it honestly.💯

The car is awesome and fun to drive! The only downfall is that the car would be even better if the mileage would be at 300 per charge. I would buy this car again if I was to buy another vehicle. This is my first EV and as a result I am impressed as i have driven a Rivian and Tesla before. Those are fun EVs as well but the Polestar 2 hugged me with supreme fit. I am 6'2", 215 lbs and I had no issues with getting in and out of the Polestar front seats. The backseats, not so fitting. :-) All in all i would recommend this Polestar 2 EV!

Super great dealership. Loved our salesguy, David Williams was so professional and helpful. He knew so much about all of the different vehicles, and took us to their second location. We ended up with a beautiful BMW and will come back later this year for another SUV, and always deal with Certified Benz & Beemer in the future.

I don’t have a home station so I had to charge every other day at sheetz. The interior is classy, modern, and simplistic. 0-60 is fantastic. I get looks everywhere I go. Even at traffic lights people roll down their window to ask what I’m driving. Standard controls are more accessible than a Tesla. I just wish the roof would open, even half way. Either way I love it. Please work on the range! I used one for a few months but if you get it too 350+ Mile range I’m sold without question. I a got 200 with the 2021 model. APPLE AMD ANDROID AUTO NEED to be integrated

This car feels very neutral and smooth in corners at any speed. Sometimes, it feels like it's too easy to go too fast in this because the grip is so confidence-inspiring. I have the non-turbocharged model, which has plenty of giddy up to it. I'm not sure if I regret choosing it over a turbocharged variant but there's plenty of power for my needs. The gearing is pretty tall and you need to plant your foot to let it rev out and find the right gear, but doing so is rewarded with a very responsive and surprisingly smooth engine for being a 4 cylinder. I was feathery on the gas at first, so it was underwhelming but I adjusted to the inputs. The car feels plenty sporty and the grip makes cornering feel amazing. The rear suspension is torsion beam and you will notice it on very poor roads, but everyday driving on decent roads feels super refined, quiet and grip is not affected by this suspension arrangement. I'm very happy with my purchase. I'm 6'3" and fit pretty comfortably in the car even with the sunroof right above me. I've been in cars with more front legroom and have been less comfortable than I am in this car. Seat bolstering could be an issue for those with wider shoulders. I'm someone who loves a low driving position, so this car is a godsend in a world of soulless, blobby SUVs. I think this is the best all-around compact car you can get.

While I didn't end up making my purchase at Bill Luke, it was not due to a lack of customer service. Robert Turner was as professional as it gets. He knows trucks. If you are in the market for one, please ask for him.

Most reviews on here are from non-owners and “Tesla Fanboi Haters”. I’ve only owned my ‘22 Polestar 2 for a couple of days but I’m totally impressed with the quality and performance. I have the Performance package and while the adjustable Ohlins dampers and 20” forged wheels are stiff, I dialed them back to a moderate comfort setting and the ride and handling are sublime. I drove ALL competitors, and this car, while less efficient and with less real world range —although more than enough for the way I’ll be using it—is way more engaging to drive than the others. The build quality and finish (especially with the optional leather and wood trim- $4K!) is beyond all else at or below the pricepoint. Yes, is fairly snug inside. It’s really a four place car. And outward visibility isn’t the best in class—but I was looking something lol ke this since I rarely drive with more than one passenger and I don’t want a tall SUV or crossover. The main appeal is how “normal” the car is to drive. You will have no trouble adapting to the car or trying to wade though screen after screen to control commonly used features. The Android Automotive suite - not to be confused with “Android Auto”— is the first of its type. The Polestar 2 is so easy to use and intuitive that I felt at home almost immediately. This car has the best and most fluid one-pedal regenerative driving out there! Within 30 minutes of practice I was drive without touching the brake pedal 95% of the time. And it’s nice to have huge Brembo brakes if I ever need them. The Polestar 2 wasn’t designed to be super efficient electric “appliance”. That’s more the point of cars like the Hyundai Ioniq 5 (no offense-it’s nice.) The 2 was designed for people who love to drive and want the sense of a sports sedan along with the practicality of a CUV and a package that feels just right for longtime sports sedan drivers and people driving electric for the first time. I guess I am that target. There are a lot of great options out there and really, none of them are bad. But for my money the Polestar 2 is an incredible value, especially when leased. Combined with no “dealer markups”, hugely subvented 61% residuals and .0006 (1.44%) money factors, you get that a true Tesla 3 Performance competitor for 33% less monthly. With rapidly changing EV tech, I feel a 36 month lease is the way to go on most EVs right now. I’ll enjoy this and move on to the next great advance in 3 years! I love this car! Try one for sure.

Absolutely love my car. 2018 SI sedan 6speed manual. A/C was fixed at dealer a while back. No problem since. No other problems of any kind. I never get under 35MPG COMBINED city and freeway. We drove to Phoenix and never got gas on the way. I’m at almost 90k miles, favorite car I have owned. I added a subwoofer to the stock stereo and it’s pretty good with Dolby Neural. I am amazed at the engineering to have over 200hp and just under 40mpg. Seat material is cheap. That’s one complaint. And it rides like a civic SI especially in sport mode. The handling is top notch I’ve scared a few people taking corners. If you like the SI cars over the years, this is one of the best

despite numerous quality & reliability issues ( 2016 thru 2021 ) > many will never be resolved by Honda as Honda accepts no responsibility nor concern about problems > including mechanical & in-vehicle entertainment systems, Honda still retains value.

We bought a new 2020 GMC Terrain from Bill Beaudry. He made the process incredibly easy, even with us living in Tucson. He did not pressure us to come in for a trade-in appraisal before giving us his best number. He promised to make us the best deal - and he definitely kept that promise (his numbers were several hundred less than any other dealership and THOUSANDS less than Tucson GM dealerships). We were in and out of the dealership in less than two hours total. Bill is extremely patient and answered all my crazy questions/concerns. He was even able to find a Terrain in a different color after I realized my fiancée NEEDED a white one. The finance representative was low-pressure and did not coerce us into any additional extended warranties, etc.

I had the dealer dial them back to a moderate comfort setting and the ride and handling are sublime. I drove ALL competitors. On paper, this car is less efficient and has less real world range. It does have more than enough for my daily commute, which is the way I’ll be using it. I find it way more engaging to drive than the competition. Acceleration is scary fast--it leaves my Boxster S in the dust! The build quality and finish, especially with the optional leather and wood trim I selected, really make the car feel luxurious. For many it will come down to how well the Polestar 2 fits YOU, because it's fairly snug inside for a C class CUV/Sedan. It’s really a four place car. Rearward visibility isn’t the best in class. I was looking something with this size, form and function since I rarely drive with more than one front passenger and I don’t want a tall SUV or crossover. I DO need the excellent and accessible storage, though. The main appeal to me is how “normal” the car is to drive. You don't have to learn to wade though screen after screen to control commonly used features, as in the Tesla. The Android Automotive suite is the first of its type and is responsive and intuitive in daily use. The Polestar 2 is so easy to use that I felt at home almost immediately. This car has the best and most fluid one-pedal regenerative driving of all EV's I test-drove. The accelerator pedal is like a rheostat, and you can gently modulate it to get just the right amount of regen to come to a smooth stop right where you want to. The Polestar 2 wasn’t designed to be super-efficient electric “appliance”. That’s more the point of cars like the Hyundai Ioniq 5 (and no offense-it’s nice.) The 2 was clearly designed for people who love to drive and want the dynamics and form of a sports sedan along with the practicality of a CUV with power rear liftgate, in a package that feels just right for longtime sports sedan drivers. For people driving electric for the first time, the transition requires almost no learning curve. I guess I am their target buyer! There are a lot of great options out there and really, none of them are bad. But for my money the Polestar 2 is superbly made without a squeak or rattle to be heard and fit and finish would embarrass just about anything in the $50-$60K range. Reliability should be good since it's basically an electric Volvo. I think Polestar is an incredible value, especially when leased. Unlike Kia and Hyundai dealer I visited, there were no “dealer markups”! Right now, hugely subvented 61% residuals and .0006 (1.44%) money factors make it a no-brainer. You get a much better finished Tesla 3 Performance competitor for 33% less monthly payment. If you buy, the $7500 tax credit still applies and in Texas there is a new $2500 credit if you lease OR buy. With rapidly changing EV tech, I feel a 36 month lease is the way to go on most EVs right now. Technology is moving quickly, so I’ll enjoy this Polestar 2 and move on to the next great advance in 3 years! Overall, I love this car! If you're in the market for an EV, you should test drive one for sure.
