Just very good dependable transportation that just needs gas and an occasional oil change.Sometimes I wish I had an Accura , but the old Honda Accord does everything you want an automobile to do without nickel dime you to death. ,Very dependable car that still drives and looks new just like the day we bought it!
My husband and I visited Chesrown the Sunday prior to Labor Day and they were extremely busy given they are one of the few dealerships open on Sunday and it was a holiday weekend. This car was chosen for me & not 1st on my list of what I would have chosen but I have come to love it. Looks nice, rides awesome, roomy inside & nice looking interior. It's a name I know will last & hold its value. I would highly recommend.

As I’m sure you know, the Honda Accord has made quite the reputation for itself. After driving it for over a year now I understand why. So far I’ve had no issues except replacing the battery and brake pads (but that’s pretty standard with ANY vehicle, things wear out). I’ve put over 45000 miles on it in 1 year (I uber and travel a lot) and she still rides as smooth as day one. Can’t go wrong with an Accord.
We took ad with us. They honored it and did not pressure us to buy other services - just explained the other services to us. In and out in less than 2 hours. They also gave us a great rate for 60 months. We would recommend.

I own the EX I4 with the 190hp engine which has quick, smooth acceleration and never gives me a problem. Smooth and whisper quiet at idle even when in gear. There are some ergonomic flaws in the radio but that doesn't bother me as much as the fan motor; cranked all the way up it feels like it's on low-medium compared to most cars. No outside temp display in mine, you have to get an EX-L for that.
The guys there were so great! Kyle was our salesman. He was polite and friendly they entire time. So easy to talk to. My child loved him. Then signing the papers we had a gentleman print out papers for my kid to sign so he felt included. Seriously such great service. We left very happy.

Picks up speed very well, great performance. Definitely reccomand it to other people. Stylish and unisex. Great gas mileage. Great horse power. Great car overall.
Highly recommend Lance. Great experience. Very professional, laid back, and not pushy. Answered any and all questions. Also, used sales manager was also helpful and worked with us on a price. I'm very happy with my purchase as the car came very clean and detailed as promised. Bonus, Lance filled the tank up with a full tank of gas! Thank you Lance and Honda for making my experience great.

In the summer of 2017, got a 2012 Honda Accord with low miles (only one previous owner) at a good price. Many friends (some Honda loyalists) told me to go with a Honda for my next used car purchase. So far so good except for two items. One, the Takata air bag recall that most people already know about. Thankfully, the service appointment to replace it was a short one. Second, and this has happened twice so far...the driver's visor (with vanity mirror) to shield the sun has twice fallen out of place despite limited and gentle usage. It was able to be fixed both times, but this is not in keeping with the usual fit and finish one would expect from a Honda. Other than that, however, no further complaints.
A few days ago i had a bad experience at Lindsay. However after speaking Kevon Shannon he was able to make the bad experience a very good one. I now have my 2018 CR-V EX-L. Thanks to Jaime and loads of "thank yous" to Kevin.
I've been taking my Acura TL for service since Honda Marysville's $39/39 minute deal can't be beat. I went yesterday, and for the first time, the line for an oil change was very long. I really needed it done, and luckily I brought some work with me to do while I waited. Jason was extremely helpful and a pleasure to work with. My wait was a bit over 90 minutes, and sure enough, they stood by their 39 minute guarantee. The work was done, my car was clean, and Jason made me feel like a valued customer. I have 2 Acuras and will only bring them here for service. A+!

This is the way car buying should be! No pressure, lots of information, no “let me talk to my manager” games. Sarah was professional and answered all our questions, even the ones we forgot to ask! The cars I looked at were terrific, and all had warranties on the engine and drive train, low mileage, and great prices. I bought a great car, and I think I’ve found my one-stop car shop!
Great experience from start to finish! During the test drive, I noticed a noise in one of the front wheels. My salesman (Mike Khurshid) noticed it too. He said he would have their service dept look at it the next day. He called back to say that the tires were mismatched, so they put 4 brand new tires on the car (no additional charge). When he drove it again, the noise was gone. I was just going to pick up the car, but he insisted I drive it again myself to make sure the noise was gone. This was a small sale for CarMax, but everyone there made me feel I was the most important customer they had that day. I left with my new car, and a handful of Mike's business cards to give to friends!
They were great very very helpful and I got the car that I wanted I would recommend to anyone looking for a nice luxury vehicle....
