Used 2021 Honda Accord for sale near East Brandywine, PA

Although I didn’t buy, their internet dept. kept me up to date on the Jeep Wrangler. Salesman Theo was very nice, not pushy, very professional.

Purchased car from a senior relative in Florida whose lease was up, with 17K miles. Love the car and tech. Did you know that there is a “Developers Mode”, which will give you access to many more options and adjustments. Highly recommend researching and gaining easy access for a true customized Honda experience. Just “Google” it. This car is fast and the 2.0T is refined. The ride is comfortable even with the 19” tires. My only “nit” is the leather seats can be more comfortable and supportive. I own both Honda and Toyota/Lexus. Both cars are great, but have distinctly different driving characteristics. Highly recommend!!

Let me clarify why I only gave this car a 4 star review but 5 in the individual categories. When it comes to the reliability of Honda technology in my 2021 accord if that were a category to rate I would give it only 1 star. Why? Because 3 years later auto dimming headlights, automatic start, Honda sensing all have stopped working. With only 48,000 miles on the car! Of course the warranty has run out and I've seen that I'm not the only one who has this problem. Due to this xxxx poor technology I will never buy another Honda again. I mean what next could go wrong? It's like I'm now driving a base model but at a higher price. Honda dealer wants $100 to hook it up to diagnostic which will only take a few minutes then they will tell me it will be probably my guess $800 to $1,000. When they already know how to fix it I'm so disappointed I can't even trade it as I will get nothing for it because none of Honda crappy technology works. The car runs and performs great but when it comes to Honda technology it's a lemon!

It was a pleasure working with PO and Adam. Car was priced fairly and we didn't have to hassle too much over the extended warranty. Both were knowledgeable and helpful. Would purchase again here.

I purchased a 2018 Ram in October. I took possession of the truck the same day. I went to use the truck two days later and it had a dead battery. I called sales and they asked if I could get the truck to the dealership. I was able to jump the truck. Piazza took the truck right in and checked the battery which tested bad. They replaced the battery with no charge to me. I also had a water problem in the cab. This seems to be a big problem Ram has had for years but have not fix the problem. I called sales again. Since I had the truck for only one month they made an appointment for me to bring it in. Piazza checked for leaks and found a pressure vent in the rear fire wall and the rear window were leaking. I talked with a service rep by the name of Alex. Alex kept in touch with me every day letting me know what was going on. They had to pull the rear seats to replace the vent and a new rear window was replaced. The window had a sliding window. When I went to pick up the truck I was expecting to pay for the repair but Alex placed a form in front of me and asked me to sign. At the bottom of the form were all zero's. I asked if I had to pay something and his reply was no you only had the truck for a month. I even tried to compensate or offset the cost for the service but Alex said no thank you. I am so pleased with how Piazza handled the service and I would not hesitate to purchase another vehicle again. I give Piazza a 10 out of 10.

THE BODY SHOP, Manager Mike Nero is Spectacular - Mike is a Man amongst men as far as my experience went with him getting my ‘21 black Accord Sport fixed back to Perfect(!)…from the entire right side being destroyed by me being T-boned on my way to trade it! My entire new trade deal was hinging and waiting on the repair and Mike was well aware & conscientious about impeccable w/ communication, getting it in & out & presenting me with a beeeautiful job well done! As a woman & owner of a 2020 Honda Civic ,I normally dred going to the car dealer ,even for an oil change. I can honestly say the my last experience @Piazza Honda of Philadelphia was actually amazing...Exuberant customer service,starting with their VALET attendants.These gentleman were very attentive,professional and kind.They made sure I understood each & every part of the service process....The service dept was equally polite,and displayed alot of patience as it took a few seconds for me to understand some of the automotive language....The wait time wasn't bad at all but the fact that someone comes to check on you & gives you updates on the cars process & progress was top tier for me...Thank you to everyone who played apart in my Honda experience 😀 👍🏽🚘
