3 main qualities I look for when shopping for a car are good mpg, plenty of space, and a bit of get up n go power. I feel like I easily got everything I wanted and as a bonus also ended up with a great looking car as well as reliable. You can easily achieve low 40’s mpg on the highway with the 1.5L motor. That’s even better than my wife’s hybrid suv. My one and only minor complaint is that I feel like the wheels are a bit too big. Maybe I’m just acting like an old man, even at 42 years old LoL but I prefer rims a bit smaller but with meatier tires. Unfortunately Honda didn’t make very many of the LX models which come with 17” rims instead of the 19’s like my Sport has. So you do feel bumps in the road pretty good with those low profile tires.

I have been a costumer for years, the people that work there could not be any nicer. We were dealing for Kim how I have dealt with before, she had a family issue so her colleague Steve took over and everything was seamless as always.

I absolutely love my new car. Great design, great on gas, love the color I chose. This car and dealership here in Forest City NC are the best.

I have the Accord Sport. It is great, saving gas. Nice interior design. I haven’t tried the Sport function yet, because it is fast and save Gas with Eco Drive right now. I just wish my accord have map on the screen. But it doesn’t matter. It’s good with the price.

We recently went to DCH Honda and the service was great. Not only was Daniil very patient and understanding but also he made the process much easier simpler and faster. Overall it was good experience and I will definitely recommend to others.

The Accord is much better than advertised. The 1.5 liter engine is great on gas and the Turbo provides ample power. I was not sure about the CVT trans but we love it now. 35 MPG around town, 42 on the freeway. A lot to love .

The service department has a very special individual there that makes this very first interaction by a customer amazing. Tony, what a gem and a diamond in the rough in a industry that has been labeled with so many negatives. He made my experience easily the best interaction I've ever had with a service department. #shoutout to Tony...You rock. I'm also quite positive that I'm not the first customer that has been treated with professionalism and respect. He made my experience so astounding that I wanted to purchase a car for from you guys lol. Thank you Tony for an amazing experience and single handedly bringing respect to the Koeppel Organization. Hopefully they get you to train individuals Nationwide about how to treat customers. It was so refreshing to actually find someone that actually cares about a customer. Overall my 2022 Honda Accord is a great car. I have the Touring 2.0 with nearly everything. It is comfortable, decent gas mileage and very peppy. I have heard mixed reviews on the 1.5 liter so do your own research before purchase. My few little grips are quite minimal, radio antenna does not get the greatest reception. Better have the windows up before cleaning windows (this may be a gimme, I got spoiled with my last cars water channel). The lane departure warnings are a little finnicky at times but for the most part works good. With slushy roads the front sensor by the license plate will give errors on the dash . have to disable it (it ices over easy). Otherwise a perfect car. I quite literally love it and could not ask for anything more.

We were very pleased with our experience at Honda of Tenafly. It had been 2 weeks that we were very actively looking for a pre-owned BMW X1. I saw the advertisement of Honda of Tenafly on Friday for a new entry they got matching exactly our requirements. The listing had no pictures as they had no chance to take some yet (nothing sketchy as someone could think). My first contact with them was via text and I have to admit that it was not a successful experience. I would not bother with that system and call directly the dealership. We spoke to Denise that answer all our questions and set-up an appointment for us. Arriving at the dealership we were treated by one of the salesperson, Lydia - very nice and professional. She located the car and brought it for us. The car was not even in the dealership lot yet as they just had finished inspection and were in the process of cleaning it. That stopped everything for us to see it. It was perfect! The car was a trade in with a perfect Carfax - one owner, low mileage, regular maintenance by a local BMW dealership - PERFECT! We decided to go for it! The dealer’s fees were minimum and it was a very transparent process. We didn’t have our checks on us so they allowed us to make a deposit via credit card ($5,000 max on cc per transaction), leave with the car and gave us a few days to bring back a check of the remaining amount. In overall, we are very happy with the process and we would highly recommend to deal with Lydia! She answered all of our questions and was very helpful.

I was a somewhat unusual customer in that I was an out of state purchaser for a limited availability Civic Type R. I love this company! We had the absolute worst experience ever from a competitor of theirs. I called up Joe Bruno for advice as I was completely unsure what could be done. Long story short? They took on all the problems as if they were the cause of it even though it was a different dealer. They fixed all theb problems and convinced this client to use their service department rather than the service dept where we got the car even though that dealer have so called free oil changes. I'd much rather have honesty that I pay for then a lie that is supposed to be free but boy did that company find a way to make money on your do called free oil changes. Princeton is honest, thorough and polite. I won't go anywhere else. Everyone there was just as professional as the next. Why go anywhere else?
