This week, at Regal Lakeland, I had a commendable buying experience thanks to an exceptional salesman, Victor Estrada. His integrity, relatability, and advocacy resulted in my wife getting the exact car she wanted at a very fair price. After test driving this specific Honda CRV model at 4 other dealerships, I was getting annoyed at hearing the same sales tactics and cliches over and over again. By contrast, it was refreshing to meet Victor when my wife and I walked into his office. He was a good listener and paid close attention to my wife's priorities before her test drive. He was also patient in explaining, in layman's terms, some of the advanced safety features this car was equipped with. She was impressed with this CPO car. Victor was able to secure a fair price on a fine vehicle that should last for years. Regal Lakeland will be my first stop when replacing my vehicle next year. I was assigned for service to Michelle Dessert. I described all problems with the vehicle. She was very attentive, polite, knowledgeable. She answered all my questions, and I stopped worrying about problems with my car. She explained how long it would take to repair. She arranged a ride ,and gave me the name of driver and car. Driver arrived in several minutes. With all understanding that she was taking care of many customers, she was working very efficiently. I also had ride back when my car was repaired. I live 100 miles from AutoNation Honda of Clearwater. I found my new Passport on their website.
