She answered all my questions, and I stopped worrying about problems with my car. She explained how long it would take to repair. She arranged a ride ,and gave me the name of driver and car. Driver arrived in several minutes. With all understanding that she was taking care of many customers, she was working very efficiently. I also had ride back when my car was repaired. I live 100 miles from AutoNation Honda of Clearwater. I found my new Passport on their website. I communicated via text with Cody and he answered all my question about the vehicle and about the pricing not including my trade-in. I traveled to the dealership on a Sunday and was hoping to wrap-up the deal in one trip. I was able to negotiate a fair price for my trade-in. Cody in sales and Yordan in finance did a superb job.
