After spending 2 frustrating weeks looking for both a new Chevy Colorado and a Nissan Kicks - FINALLY found a HONEST dealership whom worked with me exactly the way car buying is intended to be. Overall the visit was fine, however 2 hours to replace a tire seemed too long. Communication was great. Facility was clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful.

The whole experience with the buying experience initially was a 10/10, however there was a mishap but was quickly fixed and ultimately I am very happy with my purchase. We recently purchased a Honda Certified Pre-owned CRV. We were really enjoying it, then out of nowhere, it simply would not start. Nothing I did would get it charged up or jump started. I called Sabino Retana in the Service department and he sent a porter, Gabriel, to our home 40 miles away to jump start the car. He left the service shuttle in our driveway and drove our car to the dealership. They discovered a dead cell in the battery, replaced the battery and did a complimentary 16 point recheck of the car.
