Outstanding gas mileage, build quality is excellent, fully loaded trims. I suppose my only con is the absence of cooled seats on my EX-l. The sport trims looked nice, but I really don’t want to deal with 19 inch low profile tires in the city. Plus they get stolen often I heard.

Carson Lilla and Anjelo Guerra were very helpful in getting my used CR-V. They explained every step of the process and kept me updated on getting my car ready to pick up. Carson helped set up my personalized settings on the car. The car did not have a cargo cover and he keep trying until he found me one. The transition from my old CR-V to my new one was minimal. I had my old CR-V serviced at Honda of Olathe and the service, waiting area, and staff were excellent and I will continue to get service there.

I live in St Louis and had been looking for the right car for a while. I found the perfect 2013 Subaru Forester on LSH’s website and put the car on hold after talking to Leslie. She was very helpful and made the process easy. I flew into KC and picked up the car yesterday. Austen and Darryl helped me to close the sale. They had already detailed the car and prepared paperwork before I arrived. All I had to do was test drive, talk about financing/warranties and sign. The paperwork didn’t take long, they made sure I was 100% comfortable with everything, patiently answered all of the questions I had, (I’m not very knowledgeable about cars and likely asked some stupid questions!) and had me out the door in about two hours. It was not the all day, stressful situation I’ve learned to expect from other dealerships! This was definitely the best experience I’ve had buying a car. Our odyssey has everything I wanted: reliability, comfortable chairs, DVD player, beautiful console, etc. I really didn't think anything could make me switch from Toyota but this company sold me. A+
