Outstanding gas mileage, build quality is excellent, fully loaded trims. I suppose my only con is the absence of cooled seats on my EX-l. The sport trims looked nice, but I really don’t want to deal with 19 inch low profile tires in the city. Plus they get stolen often I heard.

The person that I had an appointment was not there because I was early. Someone else assisted and he was very nice and helpful. When we got in the car that I wanted he showed me different things about the car. He also let me take it for a test drive by myself.

Henry was amazing! We’d taken the car to a number of other Honda service centers and had been turned away without a resolution. Henry carefully listened to our concerns, assured us that they’d try everything in their power to resolve our issues, and followed through on that promise! Our issues have been resolved and we’ve found the best Honda service center in LA! Thank you, Henry and everyone at North Hollywood Honda. Couldn’t recommend more.

I left the service department feeling cared for and not violated. I know dealer repairs are more expensive than "Joe's" auto repair, but given the level of speed, customer service, convenience, and the superior team it is often worth a few extra bucks. As long as Hybrid is employed at Glendale Honda, you have this customer as well!

I took my car for an oil change and Haybert was my contact. He took my information and proceeded to have the oil change procedure done on my car. The oil change was completed in about 30 minutes, much less than the hour and a half I was told it would take.

Carmen was amazing. Great, informative and laid back. Very nice and patient. We had a nice session.
