After test driving this specific Honda CRV model at 4 other dealerships, I was getting annoyed at hearing the same sales tactics and cliches over and over again. By contrast, it was refreshing to meet Victor when my wife and I walked into his office. He was a good listener and paid close attention to my wife's priorities before her test drive. He was also patient in explaining, in layman's terms, some of the advanced safety features this car was equipped with. She was impressed with this CPO car. Victor was able to secure a fair price on a fine vehicle that should last for years. Regal Lakeland will be my first stop when replacing my vehicle next year. I was assigned for service to Michelle Dessert. I described all problems with the vehicle. She was very attentive, polite, knowledgeable. She answered all my questions, and I stopped worrying about problems with my car. She explained how long it would take to repair. She arranged a ride ,and gave me the name of driver and car. Driver arrived in several minutes. With all understanding that she was taking care of many customers, she was working very efficiently. I also had ride back when my car was repaired. Michelle Dessert in right place to work with people, she is professional, knowledgeable, polite understanding. It was great experience to work with Michelle Dessert.
