I had the greatest experience with Kelly Honda I would recommend them if you are purchasing or leasing. The salesperson Luis Santiago was caring respectful. There was no stress leasing a new car. I got a great deal. The finance department was great too. If you want great service I would recommend Kelly on the Lynnway. There was no pressure no going back and forth. My overall experience was good. The salesperson, Tremaine Wilson, was upfront and honest and listened to my requests without trying to upsell me. However, the financing process was insulting. If you buy a car here, make sure you have your own financing as an option, know your credit score, and the going rate for interest rates. They will try to give you the highest rate possible. I ended up going with my own financing with a credit union.

We would recommend this dealership to family and friends. Jared Bonner helped us find the perfect vehicle for our needs. He was courteous, professional, and knowledgeable about the selections we asked to see and test drive. John Hunt guided us through the financial and warranty details and had us in our new car in a timely way.

Honestly it was the best experience I?ve had at a car dealership they genuinely helped us the most they could. Also an extremely Smooth buying experience.

Dereck's assistance as a service advisor is terrific. I was able to get in a bit early for an oil change and instead of making me wait for the scheduled time, he and Grant collaborated to squeeze me in early. Total time waiting was < 45 min. Price was as stated. Thanks y'all!

I have been looking for a Honda Civic Si for about a year. 3 dealerships told me it would be almost impossible to get one. They made no effort to help me get one, only excuses. When I saw one online at this dealership, I called and talked to Ghassimou, who had my Si reserved for me within a day! There was great communication updating me on the car?s arrival, financing, and any other questions I had. On delivery day, all went smoothly; and everyone was so friendly.
