MyAnh was my CSR (abd has been before) sbd she automatically reciognized me as I did her! She has always bern friendly, jhelpful, and very competent in foing her job. Had a nail in my tire and it was reolaced at no chatge to me, as my 2023 CRV is under warranty. The service deoartment at Gwinnett Place Honda is the BEST!

Steve Miller was our salesman! Personable and wonderful to work with. The car was nice and clean for us to test drive and when we bought - it was taken to be detailed and a full tank of gas.

Our experience at Lou Sobh Honda while acquiring our Honda Pilot 2022 was truly exceptional. Our sales agent, Steve Rossi, was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. Not only did he show us the car we ultimately purchased, but he also took the time to help us compare it with other trims. He made sure we felt comfortable and did his best to fit the Honda into our budget. The entire team at Honda, including Lee the sales manager and the billing team, was very cooperative. On the delivery day, Steve was kind and patiently explained the different features of the car, including how to configure Android Auto, Bluetooth, and safety features. He went above and beyond, accompanying us on a short drive in our new car to ensure we were familiar and comfortable with it. Overall, we were extremely pleased with the entire experience and would highly recommend Steve and Lou Sobh Honda to others.

Our service advisor, Jim, went above and beyond during our visit to the service department. He was able to get us assistance from Honda of America in covering a lot of our charges. His time and effort were very much appreciated.

Came in for an oil change and to rotate tires with service advisor Ram. Work done satisfactory with a very reasonable wait time and for a good price. Service advisor Ram was the keep component to making it happen this time and in the past.

The battery finally crapped out and turned out the alternator was the cause. Despite them having a full schedule, they managed to work me in without notice. The part had to be ordered and my car will not be ready until tomorrow. They were unable to provide me with a loaner car or rental as they had none left. But that did not stop them from making sure me and my family were taken care of. I had to pick my bonus daughter up from daycare in Sugar Hill and I live here in Flowery Branch. They had their shuttle service take me all the way to the daycare-scoop up my little one and then drive us both all the way home in FB. Because of their above and beyond customer service I never felt stranded-even though I could have very much been totally SOL. They could have left my travel arrangements up to me and picking up a child from daycare in another area could have been a “me” problem that they could have left me to deal with myself. But no, they made sure me and my family was taken care of. I know dealerships charge more and maybe get some extra profit in comparison. But without a doubt, I have experienced ‘out of this world’ customer service with that particular dealership If you have a Honda, I would absolutely recommend them. All that said… I have also been to the Milton Martin Honda in Gainesville and had a polar opposite experience. Not gonna trash talk them. But just WOW and kudos to Mall of Ga Honda!! 💜 — at Honda Mall of Georgia. Jim Clizbe has been so helpful! Providing patience and exceptional customer service! First point of contact was with Ron Smith in service department. He explained the steps to repair my Ridgeline. He coordinated the repair with the extended warranty provider, the repairs were made, payment processed, and my Ridgeline was back on the road The
