Both sales and manager were quite responsive and delivered several follow-ups after my initial call. Importantly, they also keep promise of the price discussed over the phone before my visit. In particular, Mr. Carlos Garcia greeted us very friendly, explained us the operations of each functional parts, and answered all our questions. Happy to say the Sterling McCall Honda team really work together today to get my car repaired and back to me. This morning I realize that the air vent near the driver side was blowing hot air while the passenger side was blowing cool air. Despite it being a Saturday the Honda McCall team fit me in. They even managed to give me a ride home and offered to have a driver come out to pick me back up. I also appreciate how the team really works together to solve any customer issues. I really want to mention Keisha who has always been so helpful. Not just with me but I have seen her go out of her way to help many customers she?s one of those people that seems to have eyes in the back of her head, allowing her to take care of things right away! Today she introduced me to service advisor, VICKIE PSCION. I really appreciated her going over the recommendations and calling me to see if I needed a ride to pick up the car. One of the neatest things sterling McCall does is wash your car! They definitely believe in service and I am happy to say I?ve been using them ever since I bought the car!!

Outstanding gas mileage, build quality is excellent, fully loaded trims. I suppose my only con is the absence of cooled seats on my EX-l. The sport trims looked nice, but I really don’t want to deal with 19 inch low profile tires in the city. Plus they get stolen often I heard.

Ricardo Gaitan was the only one that came to ask if we were Assistant by someone, he took us to around to see the cars. He has an excellent customer service.
