My wife and I have had a longstanding relationship with Lute Riley Honda. Separately and together, we have leased/purchased 11 cars from the dealership going back 1987. That should say a lot. Not only are vehicles reliable, they consistently meet our requirements. Our new 2025 CR-V surpasses our expectations.

Outstanding gas mileage, build quality is excellent, fully loaded trims. I suppose my only con is the absence of cooled seats on my EX-l. The sport trims looked nice, but I really don’t want to deal with 19 inch low profile tires in the city. Plus they get stolen often I heard.

Isaiah Novil make it so easy. Before coming in I was on the phone with him and was really debating of not going because it was about an hour drive, I am so happy I did. He made sure we were taken care off and also we took the time to get us the deal we were comfortable at. I would recommended this dealership to family and friend if they are needing to get a new car.

It took a team to sell me a car but it was the best experience this time! Timmy in service referring salesman Danny and finally Carl in finance! Since new cars are in short supply, negotiating isn?t really possible, simply agree to buy, paperwork prepared, a little negotiating in finance and sign! Done in less than 2 hrs! So appreciated the process this time! This is my 2nd car from this dealership and this time was much better( didn?t take 6 hrs like the first because I spent almost 4 to 5 hrs in finance!) My car's air conditioning wasn't blowing as cold as it used to, which is certainly not ideal in Dallas's heat! Joe quickly assessed the situation, explained the diagnostic process clearly, and kept me informed every step of the way. The best dealership In town. ( HANDS DOWN ) I had an issue they fixed it went way above the call.
