Very easy to work with!!! I found the Honda certified used vehicle that I wanted online. They actually had the salesperson Hunter drive the vehicle to Bedford NH so I could test drive it and they could appraise my trade-in at the same time. I financed through my local credit union so everything came together for me to pick up the car the following Saturday. No pressure, no hassle, no haggling!!! I definitely recommend!!!

It all started with a phone call to your dealership and Barry answered the phone and from there we had an hour drive Barry had what we were looking for and held it for us he then turned us on to another car sales man in sorry I lost his card but he was great as well. My husband took my car in but realized when he got home that the information indicator light was not reset. We don't know how to reset it so we'll need to make another trip down to the service center.

My 2021 got totaled. Rick helped me with getting a new one. They didn’t have what I wanted so Rick searched and found one and had it brought in. I thought I was going to be there all day but it went fast and smoothly.

After 102,000 miles, I finally needed to have a small part replaced. Honda makes reliable cars. Dealer did not have the part in stock but it was installed the next morning. Work was done perfectly. Everyone was very nice. The waiting area was comfortable. The coffee and snacks were great. HOWEVER, the job was outrageously expensive. This is why I avoid dealerships for servicing.
