Took CRV for oil change filters maintenance tire rotation today at Boardwalk Honda .vikki was my person. She was great as always. She has been there a long time and is knowledgeable and nice .

So when you went looking to trade in more old car, and was approved to get this excellently crafted vehicle, with all the bells and whistles, I was pleasantly impressed! I have been dealing with Victoria in the service department for years. She is kind respectful and knows her business. She is excellent at explaining everything to me which I did not understand. I wouldn?t go to anyone else!

Outstanding gas mileage, build quality is excellent, fully loaded trims. I suppose my only con is the absence of cooled seats on my EX-l. The sport trims looked nice, but I really don’t want to deal with 19 inch low profile tires in the city. Plus they get stolen often I heard.

Service advisor Mike Jenkins was outstanding! I took my Honda Accord there on a late Saturday morning with no appointment due to an emergency situation (sudden low tire pressure warning). He had me in and out in a little over an hour. He could not have been any more understanding, cooperative and “customer friendly”! I give him and this dealership five stars at every level! I plan on going there for all of my car service needs.
